Dude in the store on 7/11/17 at 6:30pm has a very rude mouth. He was disrespectful. It not always what you say it how you say it. He looked at me and my boyfriend funny as soon as we came in there. Would i go as far and say he could be racist. YES I WOULD. Worst customer service ive ever experienced at any place.

Despite other reviews the staff is very knowledgeable of the products they have as well as they will help with any issues that you may have. They are unaware at time of sale if an item does or does not work.

They dont cater to pc gaming anymore its all about console there and there not even good at consoles they dont know anything about anything and they sold me battlefield hardline disc that doesnt work
