Let me just say that they dont even deserve one star these people are the biggest con in the world they have down talk to their competition instead of proving them wrong and have provided the worst customer service I have ever seen they delivered my couch with holes in it that I was on aware of they delivered the couch nasty and couldnt even wipe the cupholders out absolutely the most ridiculous reasons behind My furniture not being cleaned upon delivery I will be calling within the guaranteed time to have it picked up and returned and getting my money back from this place I will not be paying a dime to these cons Nasty nasty attitudes and terrible customer service and terrible products to choose from

When I called to request information about renting a washer and dryer, they immediately asked for my name, social security number, car make/model/year/color, OVER THE PHONE! When I refused to give my social security number over the phone, they said it was company policy and required the information. I hadnt even rented a product yet -- I was simply inquiring about prices, etc! Their business policies are unsafe and risky --- Dont rent from them! I immediately called Rent America where I received better service and I trust them more with my personal information.

Dont go here, The these guys are the worst scum there is from manager to delivery person. One day late and they will be threatening you at your front door . Dont follow store policy etc DONT GO HERE Go to Aarons.
