Okay place to get games at, but I personally prefer getting my games online. I am glad that we finally have a Gaming store within our local area. It is the biggest pain to travel 30-45 minutes down the road to go to another Game store. I am not a huge Game Stop fan by any means, mainly because they do screw you over with trade -In Credit and they have done some shady things to screw people over in the past. But, I have high hopes for this store mainly because the staff that work there are really nice people. They treat there customers with respect, and overall theyre nice people to chat with about gaming related things.

My son and I went there on a Saturday afternoon to trade some games and he left his book bag there...we didnt realize it was missing till Tuesday night for basketball practice..we looked high and low for that bag because his 125.00 sneakers were in there but couldnt find .Then was thinking where was that book bag..then dawned on me oh man we left them at GameStop ..I called up and the awesome guys there said we have it!!so relived...so not just friendly guys work there honest employees!!!From the bottom of our hearts thanks guys!!!❤

Eric is rude and unprofessional. For being somebody that deals with customers customer service is sadly not his specialty. Refused to give a promotional item to my 4yr old as they were being sold on ebay and he could not control if that would end up on ebay too.

The guy at geneseo gamestop said I could get $24 for my Ipod Touch 5th Generation when I read online that it goes for $60, so I go to Henreitta and get $60 for it... I dont know what that guy was doing but Im not about to get screwed out of $36.
