What can you say? Its a Walmart. It put many of the small stores with great customer service out of business, but their prices werent competitive and the Internet would have eventually bankrupted them. It doesnt pay its employees enough to live on, but most of them dont seem to even be aware they are even on the clock (which is to say customer service is pretty hit and miss). I will say this store is typically cleaner than most and their returns department usually doesnt have much of a wait and they dont hassle about exchanging or returning things, but the parking lot is poorly designed and funnels all traffic straight through the middle section of parking making it dangerous to back out, and there are huge cracks and potholes around every corner. They, for no reason, often have no lights on in the parking lot, which lends the place an erie feel after dark.

Absolutely cannot stand this place. Not that Im a huge fan of Walmart to begin with due to their corporate practices and how they treat their employees; but the ones at this location were frankly rude, and when I asked where certain items were they acted like I was wasting their precious time. Look I get it, no one wants to work there, but if youre going to be that rude then maybe you should find another job. Theres a mall right down the street hiring. Terrible service, slow, rude, inefficient, incompetent and worst of all unknowledgeable. Where do they hire from?

This walmart is ridiculous! Always out of stock of many items! Takes forever to see these items back on shelves. Nothing is organized on shelves at all!! Outside, ppl pull out and walk behind your car with out a care of getting hit. Never had a problem with employees untill I had needed a supervisor. This woman Courtney had the worst attitude ever! Totally disresectfull! Seriously debating on taking the extra miles to go to the bigger Martinsburg walmart. Enter this walmart at your own risk!

They always have their items stocked, but you cant help but notice how unclean the floors are with large stains despite weeks going between visits. I have never experienced a wait for the self-checkout lanes, so quick shopping trips are made easier. As a side note, many loiterers and people with signs asking for money survey the entire parking lot, so be weary of this reality.

Store pickup is a joke. Online showed it would be ready by 10:42am, it wasnt untill 2pm I had to call. Manager insisted they pulled it ontime since their ticket showed 205pm. That is not my problem and is an internal walmart issue. No idea why you would bring a customer into the issue. I finally got my order about 4 hours late. Stick with Amazon.

Its always packed. Dumb people dont look before they cross a parking lot and then look at you dirty when you pull right up near them. Its no better inside. Self check out is a damn joke. It takes 20 minutes for ANYONE to assist you even though there are usually 3-4 employees just standing there doing nothing. Avoid it at all costs. I know I do.

It is awesome and offers great deals on everything and is a great place to shop. WALMART has Everything from A-Z. It has a good feel. It can get crazy at times. It can be fun and exciting. But thats with all big retail stores. Well, thats about all I can say right now. Have fun and do whatever it is you do best.

I found everything I was looking for today, but the isles were filled with employees sticking shelves at 12 noon. Couldnt go down certain aisles because they were blocked. The store looks like it has gone down hill since I have visited it a few years ago.

The employees are generally friendly and helpful. There are huge numbers of Pokémon in this store, if you play Pokémon Go. There are generally an appropriate number of registers open. All in all, one of the better Walmart experiences.

Its ok for a Wal-Mart. Its a older store and on the small side for a super Wal-Mart. The equipment needs updated. You can find most everything you need. Service is good enough but could be a little friendlier.

It doesnt seem to have the freshest produce regularly. I do think the prices are generally better than the grocery store. The savings catcher app usually gets you some money back if it isnt a better price though.

Probably the smallest and oldest looking Walmart Ive been in, not as big of a selection as other bigger stores. But, the employees are friendly and helpful, which cant be said about a lot of Walmarts staff.

They usually have what I need in areas I know to find them. Only issues are finding stuff like energy drinks and such. Or when they do not have what I was looking for... but that is common.

Its walmart. Walmart was the primary check cashing facility for years. But one time they turned my federal return check down. Wrong move on Walmarts part. Havent spent a dime there since.

Good clean Walmart. Prices were well labelled, the store was laid out in a way that made it easy to find what we needed, and check out was quick and painless. All in all, a good Walmart.
