THEY SUCK!!!! first they send a bed that is broke and solve the problem by taping it!!!! WOW very unprofessional not only did they promise to replace the broken piece but where very rude about it and NEVER replaced it! as a result my son got a HUGE sliver in his fooT from the broken piece of wood that they left taped.... I really want to press charges!!!
