I love shopping with the confidence that the Sears name provides and I love buying from local businesses. You get both with these stores. The folks in the Harpers Ferry store are friendly, knowledgeable, and anxious to help you. I bought a Craftsman lawnmower there and it didnt work correctly. They took it back and refunded my money, no questions asked. I ended up buying a more expensive mower from them because of the fine service they provided. I will never shop Sears online again for appliances either. Not with these good folks right down the road from me providing Sears quality products and service.
