The WORST customer service ever. I went there three times in the last month and purchased a new phone. Every time it takes forever. The guy is so slow, the computers are so slow. The customer service is uneducated and really have no idea how to help. Worst yet, they will NOT own up to there mistakes. The new phone is purchased and two days later the Ventec toughglass is bubbling. I return to the store and Aaron says he cant help me, I need to file for a warranty. I JUST PAID $749 FOR A BRAND NEW PHONE.
