This is a typical Best Buy. By which I mean that you are pretty much going to use it as a showroom and then buy online, or (if you need it immediately) to buy there. Sales staff are hard to find and not particularly helpful. With this location in particular you should watch out for prices that are improperly marked. An item might be on sale on Best Buys website or even in the weekly circular, and not marked as such here at the Hagerstown location. This has been a consistent problem with this store in the past couple of years, often enough to be concerning.

Bought a 55" tv tonight and they wheeled it out for me. I was alone. I opened the trunk of my wagon and the associate said he was unable to put it in my car because he could be liable if damaged and Refused to help me load it or tie it to the roof of my car. I live mins away and the tv would have been fine either inside or on my racks on top. I had to go inside, wait in line at customer service and return the tv because I couldnt physically load it myself. Ridiculous.

I worked with Dustin from bestbuy yesterday to get my middle schooler a laptop which by the way he loves. Dustin is excellent. I previously needed a new work computer in May and needed something that day he was quick and very knowledgeable and had me out the door with a work computer that day! Hes an asset to your company! Just an overall wonderful experience he is excellent with customers and I will be back in the future for any electronics I need.

Was sold the wrong wireless number pad. Bought a lenova Yoga, was sold one for a Mac. Returned it for one that would work, no one was available to help me find one and when I told customer service they didnt care and just gave me a refund. You would think they would find someone to help they are customer service. As I was leaving told person at the door poor service today and pretty much got a shrug of the shoulder.

I went in there on Saturday, June 17th to purchase new tvs for our new house and the employee whos name is Jason was absolutely great. I was with my Family, and we had several questions about tvs and thanks to his help we purchased 3 of the. After a couple of weeks now of watching these tvs I can truly say that everything Jason helped us with is spot on. Thank you Jason!!!

Spoke with Geek Squad on the phone this morning becauss my husbands Samsung Galaxy S7 through AT&T was not updating. Out of 6 best buy locations I called, this was the only one to take my call and really try to help us because we had a 45 minute drive to get there. Once there, the Samsung desk was able to fix his phone immediately. Thank you!

I went to the store yesterday to buy a escort 360 Max it definitely took too long to find someone to get the device from The secured area and for me to purchase it. Sales staff is hard to find. The next day I called on the phone for another reason I was on hold for about 15 minutes still no answer I took a shower and brush my teeth on hold.

Mark and Shane were the greatest to work within the cell phone department, they took all the time needed to help my mother in law who is 76 to learn her phone going from a flip to a flat screen, took their time and were so understanding and helped her learn it so well. Prices are typically higher than the online retailers. However if you need it right away they probably have it. I end up here at least once a year. Its okay but definitely not a place I want to be. However I had a good experience with the installation bay (Shane) who was very good to deal with.

Really Great! We got there just after it closed, but because it was my sons birthday, the manager let us in anyway...and locked up. Michael, (Hagerstown store), then helped us decide on a lab top computer for my sons birthday!
