Dont bother place a layaway online unless you want to go through a lot of hassle.The first time I couldnt make payments online because there computer wasnt taking my shipping address and the online help wasnt helpful at all telling me to clear my cache and cookies was a insult to me knowing im a better wiz on computers then the ones from the other countrys thats working there and telling them I had used two different computers didnt yet give them a clue that the problem is on there side.After calling and saying I want talk to the supervisor when I found out my layaway was canceled the guy seem that he didnt want me talk to him and offer me a refund off the layaway in the form of a toys r us gift card and a extra 5.00 if I didnt talk to the supervisor.I decided to try again and now after I placed another order they cant find the layaway number.lol what a bunch of bs.I advise anyone they are better off going to there local store if they have one if not like myself im going buy elsewhere and warn my friends and family.

I get alot of my baby items here. for the most part people are pretty friendly. Things seem to be in stock, there good at returning things and I save up there 20% off coupons and save alot! I am a firm believer of Organic products that you put on your skin. I got the Earths Best products and diaper wipes and when I got home I noticed they were almost a year expired!! They checked all of Earths best product and they are all expired yet they have not taken it off the shelf. I was upset and had them return it and order me a fresh set. They waved shipping for me and I got it today. some items say they expire in a few or more months. And I am getting product that has NO EXPIRATION on them!! I think this will be the last time I use Earths Best products. I am going to stick with the Products carried by Whole Foods. They seem to be more organic and better quality.

My husband and I are expecting our first child and we have been so pleased with the customer service at this BabiesRUs!! We have gotten some amazing deals through competitor price matching, coupons, and other promotions. Additionally, when a problem occurred with a product, the manager Glenn went above and beyond to fix it promptly! We had a slight problem with the crib that we purchased - one of the pieces did not have the holes drilled in the right place so we could not put it together. We originally called the crib manufacturer but they said they couldnt send us a new piece for 6-8 weeks. We called the store and Glenn got us a new piece that same night. Very satisfied by this customer service!!

Terrible customer service & rude staff. Customer service associate accused me of being rude while making a return when really I was in a hurry, wanted to get in and out with two small children (I even stated I was in a hurry). Then continued to accuse me of "throwing something on the counter" when again, was in a hurry. You never accuse customers of such, they have to encounter frustrated & hurried parents frequently, its babies r us. Customer service associate then blamed me for her completing the transaction incorrectly, really? Theyve lost my business.

Hit or miss... they have been very rude at the checkouts when they are busy, but the people wandering around the store are either really nice or dont want to be bothered. The baby registry department of course, is usually very nice, but last time I went there was no one at the desk to help me for about an hour while I was looking around. When I decided to hunt someone down on the other side of the store, I was able to get some stuff added to my registry. The guy that helped me was pretty nice, but very busy and in high demand all over the store.

Went here to get a gift that I had ordered it online. What you need to remember is to bring the second email your receive and I brought just the 1st one saying I ordered it. I guess the second was some type of pick up slip. They gave me the item anyway just took a bit longer. I am a big kid at heart so I always look for an excuse to come here. I also enjoy how they have brought back a lot of toys from my youth like slinkys, nerf balls, classic yoyos and etchasketch.

My grandson went to pick his birthday presents. They gave him a crown, balloon, and announced his birthday on the intercom. Then he lost his $10 off $75 coupon. Someone said they saw it on the floor, the guy at customer service ran and found it!! He truly had a great time! (And I was able to save my $10 and get a free lunch box with a purchase of a book bag!!)

Employees dont care about customers... Ive just bought a Doll House for my daughter and the box was damaged. I asked, are you sure it is not broken? Answer: it is not... Surprise when I get home, it is all broken... and now I have a girl crying on her birthday... She is 4 and surely can not understand her present is broken.

The baby side has horrible customer service and there is never any staff to come and help you out. My husband and I had to hunt someone down to come and help us and in top of that when we did finally have someone come and help us they acted like we were a bother.

Bad customer service when I called them about an item. A lady gave me false information such as the item being released in 1 day, 2 days. The people were giving me wrong dates about the new ROBLOX Toys coming to stores.

Plenty of helpful staff! Blackfriday is very organized here. Customers line up outside and are given a map of where sale items are located. Groups are permitted in slowly to help disburse the crowd.

They need to update closing time. I arrived after a hellish drive from Clayton to Raleigh, under the impression that the store closed at 10 P.M. They close at 9:30.
