When I recently bought two used games, I was talked into renewing my gamestop pro member card because I would receive a buy 2 get 1 free coupon. The associate said I could return the two used games within 7 days and then repurchase them plus a third game and use the coupon. I show up two days later to do this at this location and the manager refuses, saying it is against policy. I explain the situation and he says there is nothing he can do... Had I been dishonest I could have returned the two games and then returned a few hours later and bought all three with the coupon to get around the "policy", but I tried to be straight with him and he could have cared less. The only business this store will ever receive from me from now on are returns....

It tends to be pretty busy in the store, but the staff I visited today were friendly and quick. Selling things can be a little misleading, though, as the computer shows the customers one thing and the person behind the register another, There are other places I would go, but itll do in a pinch.

Every time I come here there is an extremely long line that takes 20+ minutes to get through. I also called one time and was put on hold for 40 minutes. I actually drove down to the store while I was still on hold and asked them to explain themselves ( they couldnt ). This store blows

Manager Adam that works there was no help and gave no care in trying to help me when his chip reader did not help. He then told me to call customer service and it was my problem now. Ive been coming here for 6 years. Never again until he is gone. Or learns real human customer service.

Bought a new game and was unhappy with it. They would not allow me to return it, out 60 bucks and unhappy customer. Will NEVER shop at Gamestop again, especially when best buy gamer rewards will give me 20% off everything. Gamestop is cheap and scummy.

Its a busy store so you know the associates are on top of their game. They are fun and knowledgeable people who enjoy what they do. The store is always stocked with the latest and greatest and the recommendations on new games fit the bill.

Do not trust the staff here. They tried to pass a damaged disk for a new game (LBP3 for PS4). Also found later that the DLC code was already used and yes the game was marked as new, paid full price.

They wouldnt sell a call of duty game I already owned and that is the 3rd time thats happened. The workers there are very rude and I would highly recommend going somewhere else
