My 9 year-old son and I frequent this store because it is about 2 miles from our house. Most of the time we dont buy anything, but just stop in to look around and chat about video games. My son loves looking at all the Pokemon stuff and for whatever reason playing the demo of Super Smash Bros is better than playing at home. What I particularly like about this store is that it is kind of like going into Cheers. At least two of the associates there greet me by name. I have received a lot of great counsel when considering purchases. They know me, they know what I like, and based on their extensive knowledge of video games they always steer me well. Yes, you can get better prices online. But if you catch stuff on a sale you can do quite well here, particularly during their regular buy 2, get 1 promotions on used games. I highly recommend this store.

Havent visited a GameStop since the internet caught on but needed a last minute gift for a nephews birthday. I was amazed at how much they charge for a used game for a old system like the DS and how little they offer you to buy yours, just amazed. They were not able to work any deals for buying multiple games either. Not sure how these stores stay in business, prices are so much better online.

Not very good customer service. You buy something and if there are any issues, they stand aside and have this "not my problem" look on their face and they are unwilling. The selection is fine, but I go into stores for service. If I didnt care about service, Id just buy it online.

Associate was completely rude and ignorant. Unprofessional was throwing things at the other associate. When looking for the game I was purchasing could not find it because they had put it in the system wrong. Completely not helpful. Will never return. Would not advise to go here.

Store locator on Google has the WRONG LOCATION! This gamestop is NOT on the Airport Runway....I tried to find it and almost got hit by a plane...literally!!! Took off right over top of my car. It is on the other side of Dan K Morgan Freeway.
