I gave them my ps4 to fix. They said it would be ready in 10-15 days... Its been 32 days and no ps4. Ive called several times and they said they would have it "next week" and still no ps4. I went in and asked where the ps4 was and they couldnt give me an answer. They then asked me to leave and would get me my ps4 when ever. WHEN EVER REALLY. Im not a big gamer but if im promised 10 to 15 days I want it in 10 to 15 days not WHEN EVER. Horriable experince. Not coming back. Oh when they called the ceo the girl who was helping me started having her own conversation completly ignoring me. When I asked for to speak to an upper (the person who the girl was just talking to mind you) she told me he was busy and couldnt speak with me.

Gave them a 3Ds to repair and they told me it would be fixed in 10-15 days and it took 30 days. Came back with button damaged. In for repair again . Got it back and screen frozen. In for repair again. Now after that talk to Jamie the District Manger ( Very Rude, Not Helpful, Disrespectful, Unprofessional ). Hung up on me on the phone. And now its 39 days and the system is coming back with 3d feature not working . Will never do business with company again.
