Great mall compared to the others in the area. They have a wide variety of stores you can choose from and look around which is nice. They have nice boutiques, chain stores, and places to eat. I love that they just opened up the Think Geek store as well. A few of their stores include Think Geek, Altard State, Francescas, Spencers, Yankee Candles. Victoria Secrets, and so many more. The food court has some nice options too. From healthy to fried, you have so many choices. Chick-fil-a, Mcdonalds, Moes, Highway 55, Cheesecake Factory, and many more food options. The mall is always clean, never have I been and the mall even look slightly messy. Parking can be difficult depending on the time and day that you go. Black Friday, the day after Christmas, any Holiday like that, good luck finding a parking spot. Its a nice place to go and walk around, window shop, grab a bite to eat, or just waste some time.

I have been to Crabtree plenty of times, and it is my favorite mall in the Triangle area. It has all the big department stores and many of the popular clothing stores for adults and teens. Im really big into shoes and sportswear and love that theres Footlocker, Footaction and Champs here. There are also many jewelry stores throughout the mall, and for electronics people, a Best Buy just outside. I also love getting food while I am out, and Crabtree has ton of options for food in the food court and around the outside of the mall such as Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs, and McCormick and Schmidts. My go to spot is Chick-fil-a, which is always busy around lunch. Overall, Crabtree is the best mall in Raleigh and is my go to mall. Just make sure to get there early before the crowds come during the afternoon on the weekends.

Shopped on Sun afternoon with my sister & my neices. My 5 yr old niece had a lot of fun! Theres an area where kids can ride "grocery store" rides for 50 cents ea. H&M had a huge selection. They sell womens, mens and childrens clothing. My sister bought some really cute & affordable items for her children. We ate at the food court...an asian place...the food was hot, fresh & delicious. My favorite part was going down the escalator with my neice...u had to be there but it was cute & funny. Service throughout the mall was exceptional. Want to add that Abercrombie & Fitch is no longer at Crabtree Valley Mall...the store was closed down sometime in the last 6 months.

I love Crabtree Valley Mall. I hate the parking & the traffic. When I go, I stock up on what I need so I dont have to go back but once or twice a year. The mall shouldnt be like going to Sams. This is not a mall you go to & browse when youre bored. Just getting parked is like work. If the traffic around the mall and the parking could be made more manageable Id probably go a couple times a month. But for now, forget going at Christmas & back-to-school clothes shopping time. Im sure its completely safe but has anyone else ever felt the second floor vibrate at Christmas, when theyre at full capacity?

This is a really nice mall! Theres a pretty wide variety of stores and a nice mix of foods in the food court. The bathroom I visited was a bit cluttered (not dirty) but there was also someone cleaning, so I cant fault it for that. From an accessibility standpoint, can I just be excited at how many elevators there were? It was much easier to get around than most malls if you cant use stairs or escalators. What I particularly liked was the variety of boutiques here. There were several neat little places where the employees are like as not the owners, and I think thats neat for such a classy place.

This mall is so awesome. Great selection of stores. I only spent a brief time there as I had previously planned obligations later on in the evening. But I did get my son some crossfire shoes, myself a dad hat and some neon joy-cons for my nintendo switch which are practically sold out everywhere you look even online. I also purchased two pairs of sandals for my wife from New York and Company. We ate at Season 52 just outside the mall and were treated like royalty by a waitress named Brianna. I hope great things happen for her!

Crabtree is my WEAKNESS, yall!! :) Not only has it stood the test of time, but just when you think that this mall cant get any more incredible, it does. There is a store for everyone in the family here...not just clothes stores for miles like other malls. The Disney Store, Build a Bear, The Lego Store, Think Geek, Bath & Body Works, Game Stop, Forever 21, Preppy Buck, the list goes on! Oh, and the food court isnt too shabby either. ;-) Love the environment, love the selection, and love the timeless elegance of this mall.

I love shopping here because of the clean & relaxing atmosphere. Its nice having a wide variety of clothing, beauty, and electronic stores as well as restaurants available all under one roof; Theres something for everyone. I mainly keep coming back for my favorite stores Lush, Earthbound, and Wet Seal since Crabtree is the closest it gets for me to enjoy them personally statewide. All the caffeine junkies need to try Gloria Jeans coffee ASAP, its 10 times better than Starbucks. Definitely worth the hour drive!

Great selection of shops and food but it tends to be a cellular/GPS dead spot if you want to play Pokemon Go. They have Wifi but it easily get overwhelmed making it useless. Even still it is a fun enough mall to wander around even if I personally prefer Triangle Town Center. Parking Protip: Park by Best Buy/Barnes and Nobles for easier in and out. Parking on the deck can become a pain and the walk isnt bad... besides you are at a mall and will be walking anyway, right?

Crab tree valley mall is trying to pack too many stores in one location and it just makes parking a big hassle. During the weekend you have to spend approximately 20 minutes finding a spot to park. The stores also carry much smaller selection of clothing as compared to South Point mall. For example: Banana republic, NYC or loft have very limited collection. The best part of this mall (if you like these brands) are: H&M, Moon and Lola and Francesca.

The mall itself is nice--typical suburban shopping mall, moderately upscale. Parking is a disaster--the garage was clearly designed for an era when cars were much smaller. Even with the tiny spaces, there are still not nearly enough parking spots for the number of cars. Traffic into and out of the mall (Glenwood Ave, Creedmoor Rd, Blue Ridge Rd) is awful. Public transit to/from the mall is limited (as is true for the greater Raleigh area)

Best mall in NC! There are lots of stores and variety of things to do in the local area. Just be careful at the food court, cashiers are careless and try to short change you. I also bought a Happy Meal in McDonalds and got 2Nuggets vice 3. Went up to the counter to complain with my receipt to the manager she gave me 2 additional. I wonder if this happens to every person that goes there. Please be careful and check all purchased items!

Sad mall full of shops that are as dull as an airplane case knife. Escalators full of obese people eating disgusting pretzels and standing in the middle of all walkways whilst lollygagging. The only mildly interesting store was Arhaus and even that was a stretch because its so horrifically overpriced. No wonder why malls are dying, right?! The malls are full of awful people, dull shops, gross sales that resemble welfare parades.
