Traffic is horrible. Aggressive drivers. The Town of Cary City Council was duped by the developers when Crossroads was proposed in the late 1980s. The City Council was told "It will look like a quaint, old-time downtown where people can walk to shops instead of drive." A few years before Crossroads was built, the same out-of-state developers built a similar shopping fiasco at Pleasant Valley. I called a city council member and asked her if she had ever shoppef there. She said, "No, I dont get to Glenwood, I never leave Cary." I encouraged her to see Pleasant Valley with its fake facades before she voted to approve Crossroads. She never did. After Crossroads was built, I called her to see if she was happy with it. She admitted the developers duped the Town of Cary City Council. The only reason to go there is Bed, Bath, and Beyond...to get furnishings for the double-wide.

Crossroads Plaza has become the standard for what not to do with respect to traffic. Getting from Crossroads Blvd back to Walnut St is a chore, particularly on weekends. If you do need to do any business here be sure to take care of everything on Walnut St first and then head over to Crossroads Blvd. Then after you finish you can get right back on 1 or 40 to head wherever you need to go. During the week its still a little confusing, but its bearable. It is absolutely brutal on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon.

Ive loved living near and shopping at Crossroads shopping center for over 17 years now. Its grown exponentially over the years and unfortunately so has the traffic. But if you familiarize yourself with some of the other entrances/exits it will make your experience all that much more enjoyable. I do try to avoid going during the busy times - Saturdays especially. But youll find a great selection of stores, eateries, even a movie theater at Crossroads.

Lots of shops! Tillys, DSW, Michaels, Starbucks, Best Buy to name a few. Drivers are crazy though and theres an odd flow to leaving. You cant go straight out the way you came in from walnut. You have to kind of loop and go back down the main road in the shopping center and make a circle unless you drive straight thru which is a back way out and leads you to Crossroads 20 movie theatre.

Not bad for a local outdoor shopping center. The traffic patterns are the worst part. Easy to get in, but it is a pain getting back out. There is a nice selection of stores. Not as foot friendly as I would like; you really need to drive around between stores and dining. This could use some more upscale dining. The traditional fast/easy food is fine, but it needs better choices.

This is a huge shopping complex located in South East cary where it meets south western raleigh. Pretty much all your major retail chains have a store here so you can find pretty much anything in the area. Lots of places to eat and shop and its safe at night. The only drawback is driving around is confusing and a bit annoying the way its laid out.

There are some great stores here but getting in and out of the plaza from/to South US-1 can be a nightmare. Getting out from the main street in the plaza takes a left-right-right-left through 5 lights to get back on US-1 South. To get on North US-1/440 is one light and no turns.

This shopping center has a lot of stores, but the layout of the streets and parking areas is very confusing. The traffic is bad most of the time. Crossroads features most categories of stores and several basic restaurants. Most of the retailers and restaurants are chains.

I love Tillys in Crossroads, it is my favorite place to shop. It has all the skate apparel that you could find and it a good place to shop for California beach boy style people. The plaza has many other shops that you can get great prices and great deals at :D

Crossroads us your typical automobile centric outdoor shopping mall with the usual retail suspects. Best, it has a quick in and out if you use US1. Via Walnut, traffic is pokey. The Best Buy seems to be the best in the region. Its the only reason I go there.

This plaza has pretty much anything you would need. Tons of restaurants and all the big stores you could want. I usually go here for Dicks, Chipotle, and other food. There is even a movie theater as well. Kohls and other restaurants are also nearby.

Crossroads is a good enough mall. It has a bit of a run-down feel to it. It also does not get a lot of foot traffic. It is single-level, and there are not a ton of options to choose from as far as stores go. The childrens play area is great though!

This place has nice little eateries and some of big stores like Dicks, Marshalls, Best Buy, Michaels, Petco, Bed Bath and Beyound etc. There are a few coffee shops as well. Overall a place where you can get pretty much everything you want.

Just about anything you could want can be found in this shopping centre. Unfortunately the developer of the place designed the shopping center with limited exits. I met a man who hasnt been home since 2010. He could never find his way out.

Great outdoor shopping mall with options being updated throughout this year. Convenient location for stores like Best Buy, Bed Bath and Beyond, Steinmart, Marshalls, and more. Great restaurant options within walking distance to the movies.

I hate having to drive into Crossroads, so I try to plan my trips there strategically, hitting all the stops at once. Ive seen more accidents in this shopping center than any commuter road in Cary, and theres never a time its not busy.

Its a nice collection of strip malls with tons of places to eat and shop. The roads can be confusing, so check the map before going. GPS programs are likely to have you trying to change lanes at a moments notice if you rely on them

Very typical suburban shopping complex (in other words, like a series of strip malls). The shops are decent, plenty of options for food. But traffic is an absolute nightmare. Too many cars, too many traffic lights, too much sprawl.

Great shops. Best Buy, Target, Total Wine, Starbucks, Chick Fila, etc... The traffic pattern and lack of roadway is horrendous. The Town of Cary is trying to make it better but it still takes far too long to get in and out of here.

Easily one of the most poorly designed shopping centers ever. Traffic is almost always backed up and the chances of a car accident here at very high. The stores, however, are very good but it depends on how you value your life.

A rapidly growing strip mall with high end shops. Adjacent to Trader Joes, has lots of convenient shops and a Massage Envy. With the addition of 3 new restaurants in the parking lot, parking is becoming a scarcer commodity.

Great selection of food places such as chinese, greek, subway, ice cream and others and stores like Best Buy, Michaels, five below, toys r us, Old Navy, Ross, and many more, plenty of parking, an outdoor shopping center.
