This is a shopping center/mall that tries so hard to be upscale that it cant maintain store occupancy. This mall has a train that runs from the end of the mall near dillards first floor to the food court and back again, but the train driver has no consideration for the safety of pedestrians that are trying to keep the mall in business and the amount charged to ride the train isnt enough to keep the mall afloat. Theres a starbucks whose franchise owner has been cited once this year for fire code/safety violations(which were fixed) that is now price gouging(depending on item 20 to 30 cents more than other starbucks locations) but even corporate is looking the other way. Theres a cinnabon that isnt trying to compete with chick-fil-a downstairs pricewise even though it offers the same flavor frozen drinks for one dollar more. Part of the property around the mall has been bought by an investment company for re-purposing, so if the mall cant stand on its own then its in trouble.

This mall has been cursed from the day it opened. While its in a high traffic area, its lack of any sort of Apple store or the like combined with C-grade versions of Saks and others has led to its near demise. On top of that, it has had a reputation of unsafe conditions (brawls, purse snatching, etc) and led them to ban kids under 18 from visiting without an adult. The last time I went to TTC was probably 5 years ago just because it offers nothing that Crabtree doesnt have, and Crabtree or Southpoint have much better stores, better food options and a better layout. I really think they should have added on space to the mall or tried to convince Apple to add a second store in Raleigh which would have alone generated tons of foot traffic. Im not even an apple user, but know from Crabtree that it brings in a lot of the customer base. Hopefully theyll do something before this becomes a sad relic of itself like Cary Town Center... Maybe a rebranding (name change) would be good too...

10 February 13. I went to be fitted as participant in a upcoming wedding 30 March 13; a young man approached the front counter from the back. I was next in line, then a white gentleman entered and he was serviced before me. As his transaction finished, a white lady entered; and he tended to her even stopping to view pictures on her phone. i decided not to complain or make a scene. i waited patiently and explained my need, at which point he directed me to the back where i was completed my business. I had to decide, if it was worth the effort to complain and for me; at that time... it wasnt worth it. i dont need to get my blood pressure up over some bigotry; but i will never spend money with Mens Warehouse again. I told my friend, who selected this chain for their bridal needs.

This is a decent Mall. Since Macys closed at Cary Towne Center this is the most convenient Mall hands down to get into. I would give it one additional star if it could maintain the smaller storefronts that run throughout the mall. Just because a small store was there 6 months ago, you shouldnt count on it being a open now without calling or checking online first. To put into context, you need a pair of black pants on a Tuesday night this would be the mall you can go to without a lot of hassle. If you want guaranteed to be open for business high end stores go to Crabtree. Remember when youre driving around the parking deck & you cant find a place to park Youll wish youd stayed down Capitol @ Triangle Town Center. The sad part is you shouldnt have to choose quality over convenience.

When Triangle Town Center was first built we were very excited to have a new mall. Over the years, the mall has become really run down and just not a place to be unless you are a middle/high school student and are only going to waste time. There are very few stores and the associates in most stores are just bored and really dont care about customers. The food court isnt really good either. If we go to Triangle Town Center, its either to eat at one of the restaurants outside of mall, go to Barnes and Noble, or shop out one of the stores across the street. It would be nice if the mall had a better reputation, better stores, and was just a nicer mall like Cary Town Center and Crabtree.

Definitely the lesser out of the other two malls; Southpoint and Crabtree, in popularity. It is better than Cary Towne, though. Doesnt have a lot of variety when it comes to shops. Theres Saks, Express, J.Crew and Victoria Secret as quality stores but the department stores are definitely not as great as the ones in other malls in terms of items. If you want a wide range of designer choices I recommend Southpoint or Crabtree, especially if you like makeup because there is no Sephora or Mac. All in all, its an OK mall if you wanna get in and get out. Parking is decent during the weekends but there are no parking decks.

Women be aware of Security Officer E. UDU. He uses his position/authority as a security officer to the mall to harass and intimidate women. He is a dangerous predator in uniform. After, complying with his "order" and rude attitude when I refused to give him my name and number because I had committed no violation. He proceeded to follow me around the mall parking lot, and park near my car until I left the mall property. I have never had this concern about the security of this mall. I never have been in fear of my safety because of the high standards this mall has for its hiring of competent officers.

There is a decent amount of stores and the food court is reasonably well filled out with the normal restaurants. There is a nice Barnes and Noble and the part of the mall by it is the most updated. Otherwise, a lot of the anchor stores like Macys seem like no one shops at them. Going to this mall on a week day is just depressing since it is all but empty. Also, the mall closes too early, especially on weekends. Crabtree Valley Mall is a good alternative if you want a larger mall with more options and dont mind the crowds. If you want an uncrowded mall to take a leisurely walk, TTC is a good choice.

Getting in and out of this mall is horrible. There are no lights or traffic circles which would help the flow. I went to the mall for one thing, took me 10 minutes to go in and purchase, then 25 minutes to get out of the parking lot. Its even worse on the holidays, but at least they usually have a police detail out there directing traffic. The mall itself could use a huge update. Its old and dirty, but has good stores. There always seems to be stores moving in and out of the mall though, probably an indication of the overall management. Ill drive a little further next time to go to a better mall.

For those that come and write a review I ask you to please go to Facebook and comment on triangle town malls page I am trying to get them to understand that they need a BIG draw to the area to start to attract better stores and more restaurants. One thing I am trying to push for is a movie theater with all the new apartments in the area I feel having a theater would pull people in and then that would help the restaurants "dinner and a movie" North Hills is a prime example They keep giving me excuses but if we could get more people to write and ask them maybe just maybe they would listen
