My experience with Send Your Love Florist and Gifts was exceptional. I ordered the flowers through the internet for my Aunt. I asked that they call and verify a good time to deliver the flowers. When they could not get ahold of my Aunt they called me to ask how I wanted them to handle the delivery. I asked them to attempt to contact her later in the day and if they didnt get her to leave them at the house. They did attempt to contact her again and unfortunately she was still not home. So they left them per my instructions and then sent me an eMail regarding what they had done and the time they left them. Before I could call my Aunt to let her know she returned home and found the flowers. She then contacted me and let me know that she received the flowers and that they were beautiful. She also told me that she called the florist to let them know what gorgeous arrangement she received. The Customer Service for Send Your Love Florist and Gifts was wonderful. It was a pleasure to have someone so focused on delivering great customer service as well as the beautiful floral arrangement. Anytime I need flowers delivered in the Greensboro area I will be contacting them again. Thank you, Lynn

This is an excerpt from the email I sent the owner.... I visited Send Your Love on April 11th to purchase some flowers for my daughters drama/dance club recital later that evening. I was on my way home to Yanceyville, NC and forgot to stop by Walmart. Upon coming into the store, one young lady assisted me and asked another lady to help me with my request. I wanted something to match my daughters colorful personality and energy as well as stay within my price range. The second lady understood my concerns and asked the arranger in the back what options were available. She came back with good news and a few moments later, the arranger came out with some beautiful pink and yellow carnations and pink tiger lilies. I have to say those were the best fresh flowers I have EVER bought! One lady there told me the flowers would last longer than Walmart or any other grocery store. I didnt believe her then; but now...I am a witness! I just threw them out last week! The carnations were withering a little, but the lilies were still hanging on! I needed the space on my kitchen table for a weekend project and cooking.

I have been using SYL for the past 18 years. The reasons for that are their level of service and the quality of their work. To a person, every recipient of flowers Ive sent through SYL has gushed over their beauty, with most remarking that they are the most beautiful flowers theyve ever received. In terms of service, Ive not found another florist who can compare. Andy knows those to whom I send flowers regularly and their likes. I always trust him and his staff to create something special, with me only having to specify a basic color palette for those Im sending to for the first time. Ive also experienced this shop bending over backwards to take care of my needs, accomplishing the seemingly impossible (in terms of quick turn on orders), and even delivering outside of normal business hours. I use this shop for my business as well as personally, and recommend them to anyone who will listen.

My wife is delighted with and very appreciative of the arrangement she recently received for our 25th anniversary. I would like to thank the team at Send Your Love Florist for a wonderful bouquet of roses arranged in a vase which included a red and silver bow, along with the balloon, and singing bear which I selected. When I visited them, I received great attention. I wanted a special arrangement of 2 dozen red roses plus one pink rose to represent 25 years. I also found a very delightful bear that sings and lights up with words of the song which my wife just loved. All the roses were of the highest quality with no "duds." When I have used other florists the quality is just not comparable. I still cant figure out how none of the rose stems have any sharp thorns on them! I would definitely recommend this florist to others.

Wanted to order flowers for my daughter who is recovering from surgery. Found Send Your Love Florist & Gifts online and their reviews were excellent. I could have placed my order online to get free delivery, but chose to call for selection guidance. Andy was great helping me decide what to order. He didnt try to upgrade my order, or add on any "extras". Only extra was a delivery charge. When I mentioned, based on their website, that I thought delivery would be free, he immediately waived the delivery charge. The flowers were delivered in a couple hours, and my daughter says they are really gorgeous. As a first time customer I was impressed with their excellent friendly customer service. Andy earned my trust and future business. I highly recommend Send Your Love Florist & Gifts.

Do not hesitate to call Send Your Love Florist and Gifts. Call NOW!! - You will not find better customer service or fresher flowers. Ive relied on Andy and his awesome staff to provide flowers for multiple events, engagements and birthdays (not to mention Valentines Day) for more than 7 years and theyve never let me down. Three years ago I ordered 90 roses for my Nanas birthday and every single bloom was exquisite. I moved from Greensboro NC to Chicago, IL and I still call Andy for my flowers. Do yourself a favor and call Andy. I guarantee youll never use another florist. The photo below is a table center piece they did for me recently. I just told Andy the price range and color scheme and his staff did the rest. As usual, all my guest raved about the flowers!

Always a pleasure to order from Send Your Love Florist & Gifts. Customer Service is excellent! My Mom lives in NC and I live in NY State and I always trust them to deliver quality flowers/gifts to my Mom. My Mother is always happy with the arrangement that I send her. She said the flowers are beautiful, the whole presentation is wonderful and the flowers last a long time. Even the mylar balloon.I sent my Mom flowers on January 15th and my Mom said they still look like the day she got them and that was a week later. Andy sends you a confirmation email letting you know that your order was delivered. Excellent, excellent service! Send Your Love Florist & Gifts is a 5 star florist!!!

I went into this florist on Saturday, and I had the most wonderful experiences with one of the sales staff! SHe was very prompt and she made sure I was greeted even though she had a long line of customers. I overheard that she was bilingual and that is a PLUS! She was very nice to me and helped me choose the most wonderful gift for my mom! The only issue I had was one of the sales staff was rude to the other staff. I heard him shouting and I do not like that. I would go back, but I just cant see myself going to a place that employs someone with such a bad temper, but if I do go in and dont see him, they will be my florist FOR LIFE!!!
