I used Tiger Lily for my wedding at Boone Hall on 2/18/2012. Gayla was FABULOUS to work with from the beginning! She listened to my ideas, and I felt like she really understood what I wanted. She was more than willing to change the proposal until it was just right for me, and I never felt pressured to do more than I wanted. I couldnt have been more pleased with the quality of the flowers themselves, not to mention the beauty of the arrangements!!! I have, however, been frustrated with getting back some of the things I was under the impression I bought, that Im now being told I rented. In the grand scheme of things, not a huge deal, but definitely make it clear what you expect to go home with you at the end of the night beyond your bouquet. I also used Lindsey as my month/day-of wedding planner and while I am thrilled with the way the day turned out and the decorating that she and Caroline did, I was much less happy with the organization pre-event as well as the the hassle in getting my decorations and personal items back after the wedding. I had to send vendor information and contracts multiple times, and I am still missing things even though I made an itemized list at Lindseys request before the wedding. DEFINITELY designate a family member to retrieve all of the things you want returned to you immediately after the reception is over.

Lindsey at Tiger Lily was my month/day of coordinator for my wedding on October 3, 2012. Leading up to the wedding, she was so helpful and easy to communicate with--she knows what she is doing. As for the wedding...she made everything a dream. I didnt have to worry about anything the entire day and everything turned out better than I couldve hoped thanks to Lindsey. My mom cried when the dining room was revealed for dinner it was so beautiful and my (now) husband kept telling me over and over it was the best night of his life. I highly recommend using her especially if you are planning out-of-state. I also used Gayla from Tiger Lily as my florist. She was extremely helpful when we met in person, and then extremely receptive when I changed my mind on some of the flowers. The flowers for the wedding looked exactly as I imagined--I couldnt let go of my bridal bouquet and even carried it on the plane home with me! Flowers were so gorgeous that even some of the guys were commenting on them.

We used Tiger Lilys services for our vow renewal at the Mills House in November, 2012. . We live out of state and used the month- of -services and couldnt have been more pleased. Lindsey, our planner was awesome! She was very patient and there for us every step of the way. She didnt miss a single detail. We absolutely loved working with her and enjoyed her upbeat personality and professionalism. Even our children and some of the guests were raving about what an excellent job she did. We kept the florals simple and rather contemporary, consisting of a few tall arrangements with orchids, feathers and branches used mainly for centerpieces for the buffet and a few arrangements scattered around on cocktail tables. We discussed what we wanted and sent some photos to Gayla and she created exactly what we wanted. Both of these ladies did an excellent job and we highly recommend Tiger Lily for your special event.

I tried 2 other highly rated florists before I opted to go with Tiger Lily for our daughters May 12th wedding on Seabrook Island. I could not have been more pleased with everything Tiger Lily did from the first time I contacted them. Gayla was easy to talk to, knowledgable about what flowers would be available the time of the wedding, understanding about keeping costs reasonable, and a delight to work with. The flowers arrived when they should have, the tables were decorated just as we chosen, and she was unfazed by a few late minute changes we needed to make. If youre thinking of having an event in the Charleston area, I dont think you could do better than having Tiger Lily as your florist. They were an easy to work with, completely reliable provider at what could otherwise be a very stressful time.

my experience with Tiger Lily for a wedding was terrible. The wedding planner was very in experienced. My daughter and I did everything right up to the week before including writing out in detail how we wanted everything arranged and layed out. Well it was nothing like how we wanted it. Linsey was no where to be found during the wedding. She and Gayla ( who was great) set up before the wedding then never saw them again. We payed a lot of $$$ to handle the week of the wedding for use. Big big waste of money. Never use the florist and a weeding planner from the same place. I would never recommend Tiger Lily for weeding planning. The owners should have known Lindsey was not good and replaced her. As I have seen several post prior to mine about her work.

We used Tiger Lily for our wedding at the Citadel Summerall Chapel and the reception at Mills House on March 31, 2012. We were beyond pleased with how everything turned out--from wreaths on the chapels exterior columns, to the table-top arrangements at the reception, all the flowers were beautiful and exactly what wed hoped for. Gayla and her team are true professionals and we had a great experience working with them. She is very knowledgable about the many wedding venues in Charleston and was able to suggest exactly what we would need, right down to the number of candelabra in the chapel! I would definitely recommend Tiger Lily to anyone else in the area considering flowers for a special event.

My daughter was married April 23, 2011. Gayla and her team were absolutely fabulous. They listened and did exactly what my daughter and we asked, as well as, more than we expected!. Our guest are still talking about the flowers! I am sooo... thankful that we found them. I know without a doubt that we received the best service in Charleston SC at Tiger Lily. We could not be happier when we look back at the pictures of the wedding and reception. If you want the most beautiful wedding possible, this is the place to go!!!!! Thank You, Gayla & Staff

Absolutely, hands down, the most incredible experience. I sat down with my parents and Gayla to discuss the flowers, with only a vague idea of colors and styles. She brought my vision to reality, and WAY outdid herself. I could not believe it when I walked into the church and saw our bouquets. I literally couldnt stop staring at my bouquet, and my beautiful bridesmaids holding theirs. We still have people telling us how beautiful our flowers are. We are so grateful to Tiger Lily and to Gayla for adding to our dream come true wedding day!
