If I could give less than 1 for customer service, I would. As I was out of town, I found this company on line and called them directly. My Aunt was in the hospital with, at most, a few days to live. I requested flowers be sent to her all in her favorite color. I was given a price range of $20ish to $60. I requested a $50 bouquet as I wanted there to be something cheerful and more substantial for her to look at beyond all the tubes and hospital machines. I was able to come down 2 days later and saw the arrangement. It was in a basket that could best be described as an Easter Basket for a toddler. There is NO WAY this was an arrangement valued at $50, I dont even know if it was worth $25! I feel I was out of town, and they didnt think I would ever see it. When I called to ask about this, I was told it was in a nice vase and she knew what flowers were worth. (again it was in a very small basket) The flowers themselves were fresh and pretty, just not very many of them. Not the last impression I wanted to leave my family member with. Shame on you.

Flowers were ordered from Amsterdam Holland and delivered to me on Saturday. Scruggs closes at 1:00 for the weekend and therefore the 24 hour guarantee does not apply nor do they have an answering machine at the moment. I called Teleflora and they asked me to wait till Monday and that Scruggs would be Professional and make amends for what was delivered for $90.00 American money amounted to a clear vase 6 red roses and a lot of leaves with a red ribbon - When I did call and spoke to Mrs. Scruggs on Monday she said that is all she had and it was none of my business - she would do nothing - it came from overseas they got the big money so she put the minimum allowed. I HAD TAKEN PHOTOS OF WHAT I GOT AND IT IS CLEAR THIS IS NOT WHAT WAS TO BE ORDERED - WHETHER PLACED BY AN AMERICAN OR FOR AN AMERICAN THIS IS WRONG.

Ordered Flowers from Europe for about $ 90,- This company does not perform and has a bad attitude. My friend did not get what i ordered, the bouquet was worth less $ 10,- when she ask the service desks from this store, the answer was " its just a foreign order and they do not check". it was on a Saturday 12:30 and this was the last they got so they filled it up with some green This is not how to do business its almost a scam. I called the company in Europe and they said this is not what they expected, they will review and not doing business again with this store The company i ordered from is one of the biggest in Europe and quality of service is very important. I get my full amount back.Scruggs Florist is a better called Crooked Floris. 1 star is too much.

Lady on the phone was very rude. Placed an online order. First she called to tell me they didnt deliver in High Point . That was fine. I asked if I could pick my order up. Now the lady states the purchase will be more than what is posted on the site. Tried to get her to explain why so I could understand the difference and she was just rude. No customer service skills. I went to the store and spoke to the owner. She was very nice and understanding. This is something her help could take notes on. The bottom line is, do not use the website if you plan on getting flowers from this florist. Instead go to their shop and choose your arrangement .

I just read the one review that was posted. I am shocked. My family and friends has used this florist for years. We have never had any problems. I have sent flowers from Scruggs Florist and received flowers from Scruggs Florist. The flowers have always been beautifully arranged and lasted for a very long time. The staff has always been ready to help and put together something beautiful. I also know they guarantee their flowers.

I, too, ordered flowers online and then got the call. An unfriendly call, at that. "You only get six tulips for $40," said the florist. There were definitely more than six in the photo I clicked to order online. I asked about other flowers I could add to fill out the bouquet, and the person on the phone acted like I was incredibly annoying. I was so taken aback I almost hung up on her.

We did not get what we ordered. Worse when we called the OWNER said that is all we had so that is what you got. This florist closes @ 1 pm on saturday...a bit strange. The attitude of the owner is deplorable and should not remain in business.

Ordered online, opted for a "deluxe" bouquet for an additional $20 or so- they delivered her a bouquet that wasnt even close to the "basic" one- with less than half of the flowers than in what was pictured.

We set up a delivery for a specific day, they NEVER EVEN attempted delivery, they LIED about it and then was extremely RUDE!! WE WILL NEVER USE THIS FLORIST AGAIN!!
