Ive used both the online ordering service and ordered over the phone. Ordering flowers online can be hit-or-miss (especially around holidays), but Vestals was a definite hit. The arrangement I ordered online was delivered on time and looked even better than the picture. Over the phone, the lady I spoke with was super helpful and friendly even though I wasnt sure what I wanted, and the flowers were really fresh and looked great. Ill definitely continue ordering through them in the future.
