It never fails every single time I come into this roses he line is legit always more then 6 to 7 people in the line and only 1 cashier working. I will not be shopping at this Roses any more until they learn how to train their employees. They can stand around the register and talk about chips that stink but cant help get he line down. Ill also be calling corporate because it should not be like this every single time I come to this place. I should not have to spend 30-45 mins in a store to get 3 items and half the time is standing in line

Im at Roses around 7:25pm Sept 27th picking up a few items. Im not able to find their super glue so on my way to the checkout I noticed 3 young ladies sitting at a table near the entrance. I asked them do they have any super glue. They are sitting down eating their Cookout meal. One lady tells me its back in automotive. Never once try to come show me exactly where the glue was. Do they understand what customer service looks like, who is training them? Ill give them free training. What a shame.

First time coming in a while. Staff was very friendly however, they lost the key to the dressing room so a couple others and myself had to wait to try on our clothes. Otherwise, great experience. Reasonable prices and a wide variety of items. Will definitely return!

Um I really dont reccomend nobody to come here I seen bunches of roaches in the clothes every time I buy somwthing to build its always broke or missing something out the box I personally will not be going to that store ever again all the employees are really rude

Long lines. Cashier was to busy talking to other cashiers and leaving thier line to help out another cashier that was having problems with her register instead of calling for some one else to come and help like a manger.
