I tried to do an even exchange for a curtain rod. I picked up the wrong size by accident. I must have misplaced the receipt but I didnt think that was a big deal since I shop there often and never had a problem. When I spoke to the person at the service desk she said I could not exchange it for a different one without a receipt. The person did not look at me or acknowledge I was waiting for an explanation. I then ask them what I should do. I asked if I could have a store credit if I could not do an even exchange and they said they would not do anything without a receipt. I asked them when this new policy went into effect and they said about a month or 2 ago. Most places will do an even exchange or store credit without a receipt. I will still shop here because of the prices but I will keep all my receipts. Do not expect customer service at these prices. What a shame.
