If I could put a negative review. I would. My first time walking into the shop it looked nice after I walked past the gold plated jewlery. Then I asked a simple question what was the price for gold today and they got offended and started to being real rude. The man immediate response was "well who is going to pay for it to get made and who is going to buy the initial gold to craft it. Not you!" I said," all I did was ask a question." And his rebuttal was, "YEA!" And walked away. I buy gold all the time and never felt as disrespected as I did waking in to this store. If you like being disrespected and treated as if your money dont matter. Then this is the best place for you !

I placed an order for a custom charm & paid half the cost. When I went to pick it up, I was so disappointed! The quality was the worst I have ever seen! It was uneven, one side was bigger than the other, it was chipped, it looked like something a 5 year old did. He tried to say it wont be perfect because its a custom and its a machine that does the cutting. I dont care they will remake it until Im satisfied since its no refunds. Will NOT be doing any shopping here after this!

I bought a necklace and bracelet set that cost me 550.00. After one week i noticed that it was starting to tarnish. it was suppose to be 10kt gold. They have a no refund policy so do not buy their jewelry, its not real gold. i had the necklace and bracelet appraised at a real jewelery store and i was told that it was not real and that i was conned out of my money. TO ALL.......BEWARE OF THEIR JEWELRY, THEY TELL YOU ITS REAL BUT ITS NOT.
