Paid $37 to have an engagement ring tightened - we were lied to about how long the repair would take and when we finally did receive it the work only lasted a few days and it was lose again. After refusing to refund my money back I realized I should have listened to others about not dealing with this store.

The staff worked with me when my band broke, and even got the ring replaced for free when it broke a second time. The ring even came back sooner then expected!

All they had to do was replace a battery in two watches...Left the rubber gaskets OUT and now condensation gets inside both...
