Same as 1st review., walked in. And they dont even acknowledge you, I understand being busy., but at least acknowledge! Second visit (and last), not as busy bit the 3 reps were still with a customer so I just looked around knowing I was next. Another customer walked in about 5 min later. The guy finishes up with customer, knowing I was next asked the lady how could he help her.?!? Im done with this place.

Horrible... we stood in the store for at least 20 mins and not one sales person acknowledged that we were even there. I know with it being Christmas Eve and all they were busy but someone could have said we or someone will be with you shortly. They ( the sales people ) just walked around like we werent even standing there. My husband wanted to upgrade my set to bad they lost a sale.
