Amazing prices, incredibly knowledgeable staff, gorgeous jewelry, especially their custom work. Jamie knows everything there is to know about jewelry and is up to date on all the latest techniques. The owner, Ken, is an honest hard-working, super nice man who only stocks the best items in his store. I have been in stores in France, Germany, Italy, and Rome & still would not consider buying jewelry from anywhere else but here. Trustworthy, honest, kind people all. If I could give Lowcountry Jewelers more stars, I would.

Ive been to this store twice, first time was to get a fake Rolex my mother gave me fitted, which they denied to do with lots of attitude, almost bilittling me for it being fake, second time i was trying to buy a 14k gold chain, they told me they charged by the weight, but forget to mention it was for 24k(pure) gold which is nearly twice as exspensive as 14k. Neither time did they have good customer service towards me. Do not recommend, save your money and go to a mall.
