Getting dangerous. This mall has been having problems for awhile now, I have been noticing the increasing security, and the general decline of quality in the Belk here, along with "cheap" stores that are popping up, and a customer base that seems to be big on "looking and hanging" rather than actually buying. This is on Saturdays and Sundays, I cannot speak for the week days. I was approached by a young man yesterday who was in a group, and from the approach I felt that I was going to be asked for money. I waved him off, and moved on. It was the first time in a while I was alone without my sons and husband. I will not come back here. My son also went in to the Game Stop and it was so insane, he just left. The environment just does not feel safe anymore, and there was more security there yesterday than I have ever seen in the past.

As long as oreigners are paying them rent they do not care what they charge hard working Americans. Gold N Diamond Center and the store across from it are rip offs! Charging $50 per gram of 10kt gold when the national rate is $16.22 per gram of 10kt. Hard working Americans think they are getting deals when the company lowers the price a few hundred. 17.22 grams of 10kt gold should be no more than $400 plus tax and the companies profit. These stores are charging $900-$1,000 for the same amount of gold. So when a non knowledgable customer see the price drop $150 or so they think its a deal when its not, its rape and a rip off. There should be a law on this.

The security here needs some work. I understand the mall was closing, but there was still a good 15 min, and my husband was inside at tmobile. My toddler had to use the bathroom while we were waiting and when i tried to take her inside the woman at the door refused to let us in and caused my daughter to pee all over herself and get upset. We were walking back to the car when it happened and the lady watched and disnt even apologize or anything. That was just rude and pathetic, in my opinion. That is a child and it hurt her feelings so bad and she was so proud to be able to use a big girl potty. Get it together guys!

This used to be my favorite mall over Oak Hollow and Hanes. Every year that passes the mall seems to rapidly decline. The good stores are slowly moving out and the good stores that are left seem to be minimizing on their selections. Junk stores are the only ones replacing the good ones. Too crowded on the weekends with what seems like people loitering instead of shopping. Being a woman with a small child, safety is a concern for me as well. Its well worth the extra miles for me to go to Friendly now. Two stars is for the fact that its not entirely a bad mall...yet.

Used to be a great mall. But the lack of quality stores is pretty depressing. Roaches are very serious problem and gotten a lot worse. 3rd floor always has water stains and holes in the ceiling after big storms. Leaving me to think that this mall is somewhat old. There is usually a lot of kids starting trouble with the mall tenants. Would of gotten a 1 star but there is a H&M. So that made the trip somewhat worth the drive. I wouldnt recommend this place unless you have to go. There are better options in the triad area.

Four Seasons really needs to make improvements as far as the overall safety of its patrons. Two people getting shot & killed (with no leads) in a matter of months is unacceptable. The weekends at night are overrun with unsupervised delinquent children ( they make it bad for the ones who are actually there to shop). Go to Friendly Center, boutiques in the city, or shop online. You have certain stores that dont care for certain ethnic groups, but everything they sell is catered to that demographic.

The Four Seasons Mall is still a pretty solid mall... in a time when a lot of malls are losing the great specialty shops that make you want to go there, this one is still pretty solid. It doesnt have quite the same variety it did in the 90s, but what mall does? I never understood why they didnt put a theater IN this mall... that would make the whole thing more attractive but they stuck a multiplex on the other side of a busy road so you can always get in the car and go over there.

Good place to shop has a bunch of stores. 2 dollar stores, jc penny, all your teen stores and bath and body works. Plenty of food places. People do stare here, but i have gone here many times. You cannot use debit card in dollar stores and typically things are overpriced. Best time to go is during the holiday but then its overcrowded with long lines. Best thing i got was a sheet set that included 2 full sized sheet sets for only 42 dollars which is a steal compared to target.

We were on a road trip and stopped here because they had a Starbucks. Its in the middle of the mall, so expect a walk. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because we had to really search on multiple levels to find an open bathroom (the maps didnt mention the second level bathrooms were closed for construction) and when we did find a bathroom, there was no paper of any kind to be found inside. Otherwise, it was a clean and safe mall.

While the mall still looks in good shape and there is plenty of parking, this will never be my first choice of malls to shop at. This mall is advertised as a 3 floor luxury shopping center and while it is 3 floors, it is incredibly small hence why it is 3 floors and offers stores you dont care about. For instance a dollar store, post office, tux rentals, and furniture land are not what I go to a mall for. Wont be returning...

I like this mall for the most part. It has some of the stores I like to shop at and is close to home. In the mornings, the mall is open early, and it allows me and others to go in as early as 7:30am (maybe earlier) and walk around for exercise purposes. If had one complaint about this mall it would be all the huge roaches I see. I mean they are huge! Tip: Dont bring your shopping bags in the house. Take the merchandise out.

The four seasons town center has a decent set of stores inside. There are elevators for folks with baby strollers and a lot of escalators (one inside JCPenny store as well). The amphitheater is well decorated for winter and has Santa hearing childrens wishes by the big Christmas tree. There is a small kids play area which I think should have been bigger and there should be more than one coz this one gets crowded at times.

A good selection of stores here but they could add a few more and have a wider variety to choose from. I love the items in Dragon Seed but the car was overloaded and I didnt want to risk breaking my new purchase. Yankee Candle and Bath and Body Works were nice but I wish the mall had Ulta, The Body Shop, a rocks & minerals store, world market and import store, then we could have done all our shopping in one place!
