I visited Macys at Friendly Center Saturday, April 23, 2016 to purchase some clinique products. When I walked up to the clinique counter the sales representative immediately went around to the other side of the counter, I simply assumed she was assisting another customer, however after waiting for about 5 minutes I walked around to the other side of the counter where she was engaged in a conversation with another sales representative. I was initially informed by the sales representative that you do not carry the blush trio set that I was looking for, when I pointed the product out to the sales representative she immediately gave me the appropriate name of the product. I do not know all the appropriate names of the clinique products however I do know how to describe the product. I intended to purchase this product along with a eyeshadow and face moisturizer. I was informed by the sales representative that you do not offer promotional products. I find this hard to believe since these promotions are currently being advertised on the the internet by Macys. I reported to the sales representative that I would just order online to ensure I receive the promotional items with my purchase. She simply replied "OK". Do you folks at Macys ever wonder why you are offering more and more merchandise with a decline in purchases and customer satisfaction, let me give you a clue. A little politeness goes along way when dealing with customers. It is the sales representatives responsibility to assist the customer not the other way around.

OMG. THANK YOU! We upscale folks dont have to tramp all over the mall. Just bring an umbrella in case of unexpected rain. There truly are stores that are no where else. You can get a haircut, get a mani-pedi, get a massage or facial, get a quick inexpensive back crack ( adjustment), go to a bank, let kids burn energy at McDonalds, then you may get a cocktail for your stress along with gourmet ( or not) meal. Buy an outfit from many many big,or boutique stores,Go home drop off kids, come back get your makeup done, meet at tons of awesome restaurants, go and have gourmet ice cream or/and coffee. Then catch a movie, and before coming home ( no matter the time ( harris teeter) open 24 hrs) grab those couple of items you just remembered you need tonite

Upscale outdoor shopping mall. Safe, clean and beautiful surroundings. Family-friendly and nice area to walk from store to store. Packed during Christmas as many malls are, however there is plenty of parking and traffic control attendants that help with the flow of cars. Macys, Belk, Barnes & Noble, Toys and Co., Sears, Williams Sonoma, Apple, Old Navy, Victorias Secret, Kirklands and many more clothing and specialty stores. There are a lot of restaurants including Cheesecake factory, Macaroni Grill, Mimis, Flemings, Chick-fil-a, Jasons Deli, and many more specialty eateries including Ben and Jerrys. There is also a Movie theatre. There are also two supermarkets to complete your shopping trips.

Friendly Center has everything one could need as far ships in one place, which is great. That being said, its nearly impossible to navigate and park because of the parking set-up and on the weekends, many people (including myself) choose to entirely avoid Friendly because of the crowding issue. With the addition of things like a new Cheesecake Factory, parking has only gotten worse. If its possible, I suggest that anyone visiting just find the best parking spot they can and then walk from store to store. Other than the parking issue, I always feel safe and comfortable in Friendly Center and so I find myself even doing my grocery shopping in the center.

I like the restaurants and most of the shops there. We regularly shop there instead of the four seasons mall because its closer to home. I do not give it 5 stars because the layout of the parking lots and roads is difficult to comprehend and its easy to get turned around and a bit lost. parking lots lead to nowhere with very little signs to direct toward main (or rear) exits. That would be the only thing I think would improve traffic. Plus one intersection has the worst light I have experienced at a mall. Sat there 20 minutes one day just because of congestion and lack of any left arrow for the turning traffic to be alleviated.

Friendly Center is my favorite place to shop because everything you want or need can be found there. There is the biggest variety of restaurants to be found anywhere else in the area, with something for every taste and budget. The only downside is the parking lot, which can be a real challenge. It seems that drivers are sometimes confused about how to get around, and typical driving laws and courtesies are sometimes out the window. However, I usually try to park in a fairly central spot and walk between my stops as much as possible. Despite the parking lot issues, it will continue to be my go-to shopping center.

This Oreck store in particular has such rude and inexperienced people on board. I have no idea how they are still able to stay open and conduct business. This is the third time that i order something and still have not received the package when i am paying extra for shipping, when i ask No One has an idea of why it was not shipped or even where the package is, they all blame each other and act in such a disrespectful way. This is definitely the last time that i will ever buy anything there or recommend anyone to go there.

Its an outdoor mall. You can park and walk to any variety of major stores or restaurants youd like, without the pressures of crowds. It has the convenience of a post office and ups, as well as many other businesses. It also has a movie theater, and near by Hobbs park to relax. Its a little village with everything one would need. The only downside is the car traffic. Streets and driving lanes in the parking lots are very narrow. There are too many cars. Too many people drive from business to business instead of walking.

Grand centre commercial, couvert sur 3 niveaux. On y trouve de grandes marques (hollister par exemple), des boutiques type galerie lafayette et des petites marques que je ne connais pas. Ça nest pas un outlet, mais les prix sont bons en faisant attention.

Nice but 99% of shops are overpriced. It is a nice big outdoor mall with tons of shops that range from them taking your picture to you seeing a picture. Fun spot to walk around and explore... I just wouldnt buy anything. TRAMP NOTE: Good spot to fly a sign with multiple ways in and out so you and your friends can spread out to inflict maximum damage in less time. Its overflowing with rich scum. You need a panhandlers licenses to avoid be hassled by pigs. Happy pickings!

Friendly Center seems to be going through a transition. Good restaurants (Cheesecake Factory, Five Guys, Zoes,) and beauty supplies destination (Ulta, Sephora, Macys) but its clothing store options are becoming more limited as stores close. Current stores there are catering to primarily womens sizes up to 14. Since average US woman is now size 16-18 it would be great to provide more clothing store options to those consumers too!!!
