This stores bathrooms are disgusting! Smelled terrible in there, not clean, and horrible. Also this store is the worst belks ever. Clothes are piled up everywhere very unorganized. And there is too much merchandise is the store. Its overwhelming. Mess everywhere. None of the dressing rooms are open all say temporarily closed then everyone has to pile up into one dressing room.. which the dressing rooms a gross too. Bad customer service. Same as the dressing room only one person checking everyone out makes for a huge line. Didnt even want to buy anything from this store it was such a mess. Please renovate the bathrooms. Please clean up the place and hire people that care. This store gives belks a bad look. I would rather drive all the way to Crabtree mall just because their belks is way nicer and cleaner than this one. And I live literally around the corner! Southpoint should be ashamed to have this store in its mall since they are trying to have a high end mall.

Try this. Walk into the Mens department at this store and ask for long-sleeve cotton tee shirts. The first clerk will look dumbfounded and give you directions in a soft, almost unintelligible voice. When get there and ask another clerk, she will look even more confused and look around for divine assistance before saying "I dont think so." From now on, its on-line shopping for me. The people who assist you know their stock and seem anxious to help. Oh yeah, they speak or write clear English.

the Indian sales person opened credit card to me without my wish, he asked me for information while I was checking out and when he asked me social security I asked him why does buying a shirt needs SS? he said oh I applied for a credit card for you! I told him but I didnt want a credit card!!! he said you can cancel it , call this number! No one answered the number he gave me and now its affecting my credit scores!

Horrible experience! Will not shop at this store again if they were giving away Their merchandise. . Today there was one associate working the mens dept and shoes...totally ridiculous. You had to stand in line to get him to get your shoe size, then get back in line to purchase after you tried them on ... We did not come prepared for an all day event.. Never again!

I have been calling since 10am and it is now 4:19 even the managers line and no human being will ever answer the phone. All I can say is good luck to you if you have a matter that needs resolving because no one at this location cares or is willing to make an effort to help you.

Used to belk in Florida. This is a very large store. Good deals. Staff a bit variable. One I spoke to was extremely helpful. Sadly, she was replaced with someone who frankly couldnt be bothered

They have good sales every once in awhile and I like parking outside of Belk because there is always a good amount of parking available unlike some of the other lots.
