Called ahead to put aside makeup and a gift case for my 82-year old mom. Not only didnt they set it aside, they gave me difficulty in trying to use her card to purchase it. I had to physically take her there and make her use her walker to go into the store to get it. To add insult to injury, I tried to call the office to get a manager to complain and it goes directly to voicemail with no office or customer assistance option. Lastly, I have a severely autistic son who is non-verbal and has diabetes, so I dont have time to jump through these hoops when I want to help my mother. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

It has a pretty limited selection and sizing choices. It tends to attract an older crowd. The prices are a little high and the coupons have a ridiculous amount of exclusions which can make shopping frustrating.

Even though the surrounding buildings are the dilapidated leftovers of the Summit Mall, the Bon Ton thrives. They have a great selection of items at very low prices. They always have great deals!!
