Had 5 items there where not Any 20 items or less registers open. Had to wait on 3 other customers ahead of me with much more in their buggies. Wasting time in line at Walmart is the reason I shop there as little as possible. Often pay more at other stores just because check out is faster at these stores. IE Food Lion, Family Dollar, Dollar General, Lowes and Gurganus. Time is So Valuable. My wife and I are just 1 couple that spend thousands of dollars per year other than at Walmart. We live approximately 1 mile from Whiteville Walmart. So Sad that a Giant Company worrys so much about pennies when they lose So Many Dollars for lack of Good Customer Care. Disgusted Beyond Belief.

I when in for oil change at opening, the guts were talking about their night & it took forever to get the job done. After getting it completed I paid & left, about a few hours my car started driving fun, u went back they were on lunch.I saw one of the guts that work there and asked him to listen to my car, he said it maybe too much oil in there to come back when they open, I sat in parking lot. They reopened I told manager about issue the guy that did my oil change said yes I put to much oil in my bad, wtf is my bad...so they refunded me my money. Those guys there dont take their jobs serious only one of them so that I can say, just sorry!

Came in to buy a new cell phone with my son. He broke his at work and had to replace it. So when I ask 7 different employees what time the phone shack open they dont know. Finally got 1 to tell me 12noon. Waited in town for hour and a half and went back in and nobody is in there still. Ask employees again for help. All knew nothing. Woman rolls up finally with a cart and started opening the door but then turned around and locked the door and very surly said she had to go get money for the register. Total mismanaged business. Has been going on for a while, but its at an all-time high.

Most of the employees are very friendly. You may encounter someone who is not so pleasant , not often. My (2) biggest grips are. ... 1. No hanger for your purse in the ladies room !!!! I dont want to put my purse on that nasty floor !!! 2. Not enough registers working. Im the past several months Ive walked out and just lefted my stuff in the cart. Only to see 2-4 mgrs standing around or stocking shelves. Thats important too , I get that. But wait on ur customers first, or there want be a need to stock anything.

Today I went to get my front 2 tires balanced at the shop at walmart and the tech guy said they only balance 4 tires not 2. I then said o.k. then balance 4 tires. Then he asked me if I bought the tires there. I told him no cause my car was nearly new. He said they dont balance tires unless I bought the tires there previously. So I took my business somewhere else. The shop guys were not doing anything except standing around talking. They had no customers in the shop. Poor operation in my book...

Too many people wanting money out in the parking lot. Last time I was there a girl and guy pulled up beside me and was so messed up on drugs she kept nodding off. Alot of people wanting money for drugs. Ive seen people doing drugs in the parking lot. Ive seen them so drunk theyre throwing up. Not Walmarts fought I guess but maybe have security out in the parking lot!!!! U always feel very uneasy when out of my car there!

I sent my wife to get her oil change, she came home with a bill for 53.00 but asked for 35.00 oil change. I looked at the receipt and was billed for 10 quarts of oil. My wife said the advisor told her because the oil was so low the had to charge extra to get it full. My knowledge says 5 quarts is full as it gets. No matter how low it was. Extremely dissatisfied women beware

I have never had a bad experience when dealing with Whiteville Walmart. The staff have been nothing but helpful and friendly as if close friends. This is the life of the store and what makes it work and you couldnt ask for better. Put it to you this way. If I ever became unemployed this would be the first place I would put in an application. Keep up the excellent work people!!! ☺

It is absolutely ridiculous the amount of money that is spent in Walmart and you get ready to check out and there are ONLY THREE LANES OPEN!!!!!!! It makes no sense that you spend twice as much time trying to check out than you spend shopping. Left the items in the buggy and will not be back here anytime soon!! I will frequent the Walmart in Lumberton or Elizabethtown!!

They can never get it together in the automotive section they tell you to go here then the other person to tell you go back where you just came from it was very aggravation.an its not the first time.i like Goin here.but I really dont like dealing with that the Department

Refilled my prescription online, as usual. Site says pickup after 5. Get there at 5:30, and am told that its backordered and will take a month! Blood pressure meds... A month. But the kicker is... Why say pickup when its not going to be there at all?! Could have saved 30 miles.

You either have really great customer service or really bad customer service. Its a flip of the coin. During the day is much better than evenings. Especially in the pet department. Their greeters are some of the greatest people youll meet! Deli staff is good too!

Sometimes has what you need, but if youre in a rush on a friday, dont try this place. Their clearance sucks, i saw a speaker once for $45 on clearance and came back a month later and it was $90. They barely mark down their clearance.
