Customer service is terrible, and management is worse. A family member of mine bought me a gift card from this store. The gift card didnt work, the store said it wasnt activated correctly. They said they can start a ticket (which could take 8 weeks to receive a new card) if I give them the receipt. Unfourtantly the person who bought the card paid in cash and accidentally threw out the receipt. My family and I spent nearly 4 hours at the store. In the end they wouldnt help because we didnt have proof of purchase. The manager Tammy refused to review security footage (to look at the cameras and prove the card was bought). Tammy was nice enough to say she would talk to corporate and get back to us, she said to wait 3 to 6 weeks for a response. We called 6 weeks in and the store claimed she wasnt there. So we kept calling everyday for the next 10 or so days. Everytime she wasnt available. So, she never got back to us. Other than that, the staff is nice and very helpful, and the products this Target sells are of good quality.

Probably one of the worst customer service oriented stores I have ever visited. An associate named Jorge should never be working retail. He is extremely rude and had no customer support skills whatsoever. When addressing an error his store made he in no way even offered an apology. His attitude was extremely concerning that I requested a real manager. His response was that I could call a 1 800 number because he is not getting him. I went to customer service in the front and left my number for Seth the manager. I have yet to hear from him. I talked to several people and surprisingly this is not abnormal for the electronic section in this store and they wont shop electronics because of Jorge. If i could give zero stars I would. I have not entered the doors of Target since. Wal-Mart couldnt be happier. UPDATE: Been a while and not a dime from my family. I called corporate but never heard from this location.

I spent months dreaming about the grand opening of this Target only to end up very disappointed. With the trend of Walmart and Targets opening full grocery sections --This new Target only had a mini store with mostly their own products. There where so many people looking forward to doing all their grocery shopping there only to find out that it was not a Superstore. The rest of the store seems smaller than other targets and I rarely find anything when shopping there.

This Target is so clean. They generally always have the products that I am looking for. If lines start to form at the front someone shows up to open another register. I have never needed to have encounter with managment. The parking lot is easy to navigate but the stall are a little close together for a store that has shopping carts. There are a lot of cart stalls.

Its a good target with pretty much everything you expect to be there. This one is pretty good sized so you dont have narrow lanes. This grocery section is still kind of a joke and Im not aware of anyone who primary shops for thier produce and meats at target. Staff have always been nice and the lines move fast. There is a Starbucks Coffee place there.

This location in particular doesnt seem as nice as other Targets in the area (Crossroads Cary, Brier Creek, etc.). Its decent, but Id head to the Walmart in Holly Springs before here since its a nice large store with a good selection, and generally lower prices.

Alex in the 11 items or less line on Sunday Oct. 16th at 3:13pm. Needs to learn how to smile. She had a full conversation with the older white lady before me and never said hello to me. She told me my total. And that was it. Poor customer service this day.

Store is always clean, well laid out, and the service is outstanding. The only downside to this store is its lack of a full grocery section. It has many grocery items but is not a full grocery. This store makes you regret ever going to Walmart.

I dont shop at target a lot, but Ive never had an issue with the service or not being able to find something here. The layout is good and this location is clean. Its closer to home and convenient when cheaper stores dont have what I need.

I love target, and this location is no exception. It is a decent size target with relatively good team members. They keep things stocked. Only negative I can think of is that they are occasionally lax on cleaning their restrooms.

Well organized target that always has what you are looking for! staff is friendly and although it seems busy...cashiers get through customers rather fast! also doesnt hurt there is a starbucks inside.

Great clearance deals and a big selection of goods. Service desk was very helpful with cartwheel questions and the checkout was prompt. Parking is plentiful as well.
