My wife and I have been shopping at Bon-Ton for the last several years. The sales are great. But what really makes the trip worthwhile is the sales staff. I have to say the staff is mature, courteous, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about products and sales information. Keep up the good job and you will have our loyalty for the duration.

The Bonton With customer service like this... Not a wonder stores close. Ask a lady in makeup/perfumes if someone could help me in purses... She couldnt call I had to go elsewhere kicker not one customer in sight... Guess the wrinkled bag to close to retirement to care

Great store. Although, when I was done upstairs getting a coffee maker, there was no one in sight to cash me out. So I had to go down and do it. Not a biggie, but if I had more, I probably wouldnt be happy.

Very small boys section. The girls department is huge, just 3 racks of boys clothes. Service is slow.
