If I could give 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service! Wife waits in line for 1/2 hour for manager to come to customer service while 2 managers are standing around talking. She goes and lets them know theyre looking for a manager and she has an attitude about having to do her job. Then walks away without helping meaning they need to wait another 20 minutes just to get help at the register. She did this for another customer, not even for herself. Finally gets to the front of the line and waits another 20 minutes for another manager to interrupt a personal conversation to do her job. Then I go back later that day for a "site to store" product that was GUARANTEED to be there. Of course, it was not there and when I get to the front of the line I dont even get help, Im given a phone number to call to get help from someone over the phone. WHY DID I HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE to get help from MYSELF through a telephone call??? Because Walmart doesnt care about the customer - the $$$ signs are too big in mass production that the consumer is forgotten and quality customer service is DEAD!!! Product was GUARANTEED to be there by the 23rd and of course isnt there. THEN told it would be a possible 7-10 more days until it arrives!!! How do you GUARANTEE a date and then say another possible 7-10 days when the original delivery was a 7-10 day range with the GUARANTEED date being the 10th day??? THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!

Customer service was horrible, photo kiosk were semi broke (USB would not work on the two I tried, one it kept loading my photos then saying it was disconnected the USB was so loose, the other it would not even try to load, WiFi would not work on the one that would not work at all with USB) there was a girl in photo who never came to help even though it was obvious I was having problems and she kept looking at me. When I did get them loaded to the one hour because the instant would not work they would not be ready till the next day but it did not say that until my order went through. When I get to self checkout, I had to wait to be helped being completely ignored with two people working that area, then the little girl looks shocked to see me, she did apologize, but used the excuse they were short handed, when there were employees everywhere! Typical Walmart I am uses to, but not for this area. I will never get photos from Walmart!

I went to Walmart to get somethings and went to check out and I scanned my beer last and the self check out lady come to get my I.D and she ask my 14 year old son for his I.D and my 18 year old brother for his. Well my brother didnt have his I.D and my son is only 14 and he dont have an I.D so she said I cant sell that beer to you because the dont have the I.D. I asked for a manager and she come over saying that it is there new policy. I turned to the manager and said my son is 14 he does not have an I.D and my brother doesnt drink and Im paying for it this does not make since so I told the manager that I will not be purchasing my $50.00 worth of stuff I just bagged up. I have stopped there before to get beer and never have they asked for the other persons I.D. I will not be shopping there anymore and I will pass the word on about this store.

Associates were using HORRIBLE language with customers shopping all around with small children. Store was unorganized and filthy. This location is the only store open near my work at the time Im headed home and it makes me cringe every time I have to stop. Have shopped at MANY Walmarts over the years and the customer service/selection/cleanliness/etc. is absolutely HORRID!! NOTHING but RUDE employees from the associates all the way up to multiple members of management that Ive dealt with or observed during visits. Dont bother stopping around 12 (midnight) due to the fact THE ENTIRE STAFF takes one unanimous, 15 minute smoke break while their paying customers are forced to abandon their purchases or wait til the collective smoke break is over. This beats all Ive ever seen!!!

There is hardly any halfway here.Either the staff is amazing or theyre lousy.There is a very nice grey-haired lady (on different registers) who I seek out.True as another reviewer said that there is usually only 1 or 2 regular manned registers.The community is made up of majority disabled,retired older adults so that is not acceptable! The prices are better than the Conway Wal-Mart but not much! Store set-up is well-organized and clean.Has flaws but way better than the Conway store.I drive out of my way (twice as much) to go to this one over Conways.

I guess customer service is a foreign concept to these people. I waited ten minutes for an employee to help me get a locked product in the entertainment section off the shelf. I asked three different people. The first two told me theyd be right back. The third just told me to go talk to the help desk while he stared at his phone. The same help desk that had been empty for the last thirty minutes. UPDATE: I went back the next night and was helped in a timely manner. Im still irritated that I was blown off earlier.

We live close by, so its a real shame that we dislike the store so much. The exception to the rule is that you have a good shopping experience. Unfortunately, we find that we have to travel another mile to Kroger to obtain our good to great shopping experience. Kroger has everything this WalMart doesnt have ie...great variety and selection of items, great customer service, multiple registers are open always and you have the option for self-checkout. "SHAME on YOU" walmart

One associate was rude at customer service she act like she do not like her job I have had some great service at this Walmart but today was a bad experience one bad apple could spoil the bunch I felt like she did feel like wasting her time with me. I hate people that dont like their job and show it in their work. Its people that dont like their job and youll never know it. She should appreciate having a job. Its people that wish they had her need her job.

Its always the same thing here. The u scan is open. And there is one checkout open. ONE. I have bad legs and I always have to stand in line too long. Its ridiculous. I always promise myself not to do.e back to this Wal-Mart and forget over the passage of time how awful it is come time to check out. Making myself that promise again as I stand here long enough to type this up as I wait in line. Schedule better please!!!!!!!!!

Dont go here expecting great customer service or a selction of items. Once they run out of something they stay out for months. The managers are beyond rude. They dont want to talk to you about any issues you have and dont even try to hide their disdain at helping you with your piddly little problems. The photo center is an outrageous joke. The only plus is the store is usually clean. Good luck.
