I used to work here and the managers are extremely disrespectful towards their employees. Plenty of times the store Manager Gerri will not check if all employees are out of the store before closing and will lock people in. They have tried to make me choose Bon Ton over college. Further more when I had a medical incision on my thigh and could not walk Gerri the store Manager laughed at me. Linda the hiring Manager will embarrass you in front of customers and will not give you the position you applied for. I applied for the shoe dept. and she stuck me in mens dept. Yes they have low prices but this is not a place you would like to work at.

I absolutely love Bon-Ton. Their clothes are excellent quality, beautiful, excellent jewelry selection and I can always find something nice...they are very generous with their coupons and sales! During holiday times the lines can take a while but for me its worth the wait. I also like the home store is separate from the clothing store, it helps keep things not as hectic. The home store has beautiful things and again, with the coupons/sales I have found MANY expensive items for a really great price!! This is my favorite store

Decent sales, but watch out for the "excluded from coupon" merchandise. Good selection of items, friendly staff. I just wish theyd update the store-better lighting, layout. It looks like its stuck in 1963.

They give u coupons but u cant use them. Only on non sale products. But everything is on sale. So those coupons are just to get u into the store.plus the products way over priced.

Great sales. If you ever miss it by a day or so... ask for a coupon. Get a store credit card and save even more.
