This place is the worst example of customer service. The manager is very unprofessional. If this is who you have representing your company I want nothing to do with it and I will definitely be telling everyone to stay clear. My suggestion to management is to reconsider their staff or you may be receiving negative reviews more frequently.

I do not like the woman or manager at this location some girl with purple hair...The new staff is so trash. Rude and not helpful and seem racist ..Never had this issue a few months back I will be shopping at a new hair store and avoiding this location

I loved it here. Im natural and they have nice sales on Shea moisture. The ladies are friendly and quick to help. They had a buy 2 get one free sale for Shea moisture supplies.
