I wish I could give this establishment zero stars. On 6/29/16 I was on my way to work and decided to pick up a wig on my way. I perused the wig aisle and was met by a young male who asked me if I needed help. Being that I was still looking for a particular style that I had purchased from them before I told him that I was still looking(I didnt know the name of the unit, but I could identify it if I saw it). As I continued to look for the wig, I caught a glimpse of this young man who was now standing at the front of the store glaring at me as if I had done something wrong. I then decided to ask for help from another worker there who was very kind and gracious and took her time to help me find a unit, even though it wasnt the one I came in to purchase. Throughout her helping me, I noticed that not only did he come back to "inspect" the wig aisle, but he enlisted his family members to come back there as well. This is despite the fact that only myself and the worker that was helping me was in this particular area of the store. I have never been more insulted in my life and I will never again support this business again! I must also add that they have expired products on the shelves as they do not rotate their stock. Beware of this business.

I Went into Rock Hill Mart in rock hill,sc and purchased a product that said it was black on the box and it was actually Gray .He said he will not exchange item. This is false advertisinq and the manager wouldnt be happy if he purchased something and it wasnt what it was advertised to be.I am very upset and i will not return to this store after this visit.

I purchased a product from them and used it once. I was not happy with the way it did my hair. I brought it back hoping to get something else. She had the nerve to say we cant take it back and put the product back on the shelf. I say you wouldnt it would record it as damage goods and will get credit for your inventory. I wont go back there

The workers seemed annoyed that they had customers in the store. When I asked a question about some hair I was told "I dont know... were about to close". I should have read the reviews before venturing to this store, but Ill know better for next time.

Really helpful individuals inside and they have added diversity. Very low prices. They need an updated security system. It goes off based on what people have in their purses.
