bought bleach and hair dye at sallys on friday. Bleached my hair yesterday morning. It didnt lighten at all and I left it in for the 90min maximum time. My sister in law had to bring me a different hair bleach. Then I died my hair manic panic red and when i rinsed my hair was neon orange. No surprise I wasnt happy. I went back to sallys to return the bleach and the hair dye. Brandy- store manager, was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. She said that I could not return the products because they had been used even though she could clearly see my hair was neon fricken orange instead of a pretty red. I showed her that it clearly states on the recipt and your website that if you are not happy you can return the products. Love it or return it money back guarantee. She kept telling me I couldnt. I had to go outside about to start crying and call the customer service number (they were very helpful) Brandy didnt want to answer the phone the first time and proceeded to help other customers that were behind us in line even after she got off the phone with customer service. I will not be shopping there again.

In disbelief that the air conditioning has been out for three weeks straight. Couldnt stay and shop the store was 93 degrees inside it was unbearable. I cant believe a large company such as Sallys is not fixing this promptly and the poor employees are being subjected to work in these conditions.

Very happy with this very small store. If you dont find something, they will help you out. If they dont have it, they can order it for you. Overall, I really like it in there and the staff each time have been very friendly and go out of their way to help.
