I come to this Goodwill for the basics. Most of the womens clothing are the typical Target brands, Forever 21, Old Navy, Gap etc. I can usually find some nice Express and J.Crew items as well. Some of my most favorite items have come from this location. Clothing is organized by style and color. Prices are reasonable here. Housewares tend to be in iffy condition/poor taste level, but I found a very nice, basic dish set today to replace the ugly set weve been using for years. Checkout lines can take a very, VERY long time. Staff is hit-or-miss, some are very friendly while others will completely ignore you. One dressing room is missing a mirror and all tend to have piles of clothing. But I still enjoy coming to this location, thrift shoppers know what theyre getting into and this is a breeze.

The workers there are really RUDE!! As they were putting out shoes one of the workers held her hand out, as if to keep people from grabbing the shoes and said...and I quote "Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait....now go" It wouldve been different if she were joking but she clearly was not!! She acted as if she was dealing with children. Then on top of that I bought two childrens items that were UNDOUBTEDLY for children (size 2T) and I was charged the price as if it were for a woman! Now I have to go all the way back up there (because unfortunately I didnt notice until I got home) to get a refund and I live 40 minutes away!!!

Shop in the store for 9 years was the best store in Charlotte ,donated to store for 9 years now everything changed all is very different people filing up cards with shoes pushing for the racks with clothes they bring out.Dealers staying there making races comments is very , very different and I become more disappointed than ever before We do make complaints and do not see no changes ,me personally I dont see no reason to donate to any more if $$$$$ my money have a accent or my donations are be bought from be helping this type of clients .

Horrible customer service. Volunteers or not, theres no need to be disrespectful to customers. I was trying to buy a large frame and asked them to keep it up by them so I could shop some more, and this rude cashier told me she was closed, and that I would have to stick it in my cart. It was way to big for a cart!! Then I hear the same girl cursing and yelling and taking about some other cashier. They honestly dont care if you buy or anything or not. Ill travel further and go to a different goodwill with a better attitude to donate from now on.

This store is disorganized, and the staff is extremely rude. I have been pushed out of the way by employees with carts (the blue ones) and hassled at the register. Not to mention the prices on things not clothing average higher than other Goodwill stores. The daytime manager was so rude to me last time I was there that there is no way I will return to this store. Spend the extra five dollars on gas and go to a different store!

I recently retired and donated some high quality office equipment including a high volume printer and scanner. I probably could have gotten more than $500 on Ebay for it. The guy at the dock dropped the scanner in a 5 box. I could hear it break when it hit the bottom, the printer didnt fare any better. I should have just left the stuff on the curb so that somebody might have gotten some use out it rather than destroying it.

Every time I come here I get tons of high end clothes and shoes not only for my family but I pay for the trip and then some with a few select eBay items. If you want expensive items at goodwill prices come here. By far the best in CLT. Beware when they bring out shoes as you can get trampled. They make everyone stand in a line and watch them put them out and when they say OK it becomes a free for all lol.

Ive spent well over $100 at a time at this location. The past few times Ive been, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. This may have been my last time shopping at this particular location. Im huge on customer service and they obviously are not!!

Recently I was in the store after a long time of not going to this location even though it is very close to my home due to prices being too high . When I was in there last week some prices had come down to fairly reasonable prices for a thrift store .

prices are too expensive. ...considering someone dropped off an donation and gave the item to Goodwill. ..prices are not consistent ..some days ..its whoever is working in the back...guessing whatever price come to their mind.
