I was generously donating clothes and other items. I didnt know they had to be in plastic bags. A middle aged white woman came to my truck with her attitude and started barking orders at me. It wasnt like I was disregarding the rules, I didnt know them! She copped an attitude and told me to grab all that I have donated and take it back. She was insanely rude, and started peeking into my truck. I am baffled that someone who is trying to donate clothes would be treated like a common criminal/thug/scumbag. I went into rite aid (whom gets 5 stars) and bought kitchen trash bags so I can throw the clothes in them. I wasted multiple plastic bags as they are just going to rip them open and throw them away. How about you sort through the clothes you have and maybe weatherproof your donation bin. I guess the Salvation Army and that middle aged white woman dont give a hoot about the environment. There are plenty of clothes just sitting there on the ground. It looks like 3 employees just standing around twiddling their thumbs. Tons of stuff to do and NOBODY doing it. What a disgrace. The Salvation Army has lost some credibility on my end.
