I went to the Goodwill store today on Sardis Rd to drop off a donation. They are in the process of renovating their drive through donation area, but had a trailer that was manned toward the back. The inside of the store was neat, clean and very well organized. The 2nd cashier came to the front to help ring up sales when there were only 3 people in line. This store was easy to get in and out with items that are clean and prices that are very low. The parking lot is always full, so many people know where to go to get a great bargain for work and school clothes.

I went in there looking for Scrubs( hospital uniforms), because Family Dollar and Dollar General only sell sizes 3XL, 2XL and Large. They are way higher than Goodwill. Goodwill carry all sizes and styles new and used. Hey, I got the hook up!! Go there if you are looking for a cute Hospital uniform!!! This is the store with the Goods.... GOODWILL!

Im not at all pleased with personnel attitudes, or their ability to speak to customers. Having a man barking orders without any proper signs for delivery drop offs is sad. Then having an attitude when asking for a receipt is worse. Hire better, or train better, Goodwill.

Always find nice unique items for gifts and everyday use items!! Merchandise is nice and well maintained all the way to the clothing that have tags still on them. One of the best Goodwills I have shopped at in Charlotte. Its become my Favorite Gift Shop!!

This Goodwill is very dumpy and they really dont have a good selection to choose from, which is understandable since they have no choice in what is donated, BUT there prices are too high. I have been to much better Goodwills that have cheaper.pricing.

Store is poorly lit and employees had a pretty nasty attitude. Not to mention - their prices, for some free, donated goods, is absolutely ridiculous! Ill stick to my other thrift stores that actually appreciate my business.

Nice store if youre a woman looking for clothes or stuff for the house. They have a wide variety for females but not pretty much for men. Just a couple shirts and pants and thats all. Otherwise, I like the store.

Clothing prices are on par with other Goodwill locations, but household items at this location are at nearly retail prices. Not ny favorite Goodwill location for killer deals, but it is cleaner than many.
