I can not begin to explain how great the customer service is. No matter what we need they always recommend us something that always works miracles. I love how everything is organic. Our dog has the softest coat since using the shampoo we purchased here, she loves the dental sticks, and we just started trying out the calming treats with cbd oil which work wonders so far for our pup who has anxiety! They offer a whole bunch of organic medications that the staff is very knowledgeable on. Our dog somehow injured our cat (shes a playful puppy who doesnt realize shes 25+ lbs) and the nice gentleman who is usually there knew exactly what would help. Our cat hates medicine, but after the 3rd time he actually was excited when my fiancé picked up the cream. It already looks better and we just started putting it on! I could go on and on about this place, so glad we ditched petsmart and started going here!

This is an absolutely amazing store. They are thee experts on dog and cat nutrition. The best of the best. Katie was so helpful and I could talk to her all day about dog care and nutrition. Very well educated staff. Gave me lots of free samples as well. I was so impressed with their level of expertise. I could not say enough good things about this place! I stopped by as a visitor from out of town to see family and wish they were in Florida. I will come here to stock up any time I am in town.

Cannot say enough good things about Unleashed! The staff truly care about the pets that visit their store, and are always willing to give love and attention. Unleashed offers a great selection of grain-free food, toys, training aids, chews, magnets, etc. They also do not sell any training tools that may be detrimental to your dogs emotional health (aka e-collars, prong collars, etc). The girl waiting on me gave me her complete attention and knew how to answer every question I had and if I ask for something she knew exactly what I wanted and where it was located on the shelf. I get all my pet food from Unleashed. I typically use the Raleigh locations but Kildare is great too! They have the best deals on natural treats and chews for dogs and my cats love the organic cat nip! I only buy Lupine collars with the lifetime guarantee you cant find at box stores. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
