Today another customer and I noticed a dog in a hot car outside the store. When we told the cashier she wasnt very concerned but made an announcement. When the owner finally came to the front she made excuses saying the windows were open. They were only open a crack and as everyone knows that doesnt make a difference. It was at least 80 outside and sunny. The cashier said that the woman is there all the time(like that makes a difference!) she was making light of it and laughing about us complaining! I will never shop at this store again. Their sign on the window says they care about our pets...I disagree!

I have nothing but praise for their groomers. I took my cat in to have soft paws put on his claws. This is not a service offered by most groomers but was my number one priority. I expected to be called ten minutes after drop off with nothing done as my cat is MORE than a handful. Surprisingly, my cat not only had his soft paws but a haircut!!!! My cat wasnt tramatized...he isnt chewing off his soft paws...my leather furniture is safe and you have a customer for life!!!!

Pet Supplies Plus on union by the Walden galleria mall is the best pet store in the city. Went there to buy a reptile and got tons of help and the employees where actually knowledgeable telling me everything I needed and even looking up answers to my questions that they did not know. They also have a great grooming section for dogs and a dog wash that is kept very clean with reasonable prices.

I myself havent personally had my dog groomed there I was thinking of my pets nails being trimmed but, never mind that I looked over and a heavy set woman (I didnt see a name tag) was grooming a tiny dog and it let out a yelp and she was looking at her surroundings after it occurred to see if anyone had heard and gave it a treat as if to pretend she did nothing wrong.

Excellent staff service.My sheltie Heidi looks fabulous.I received her from a family that had not kept her up.Everything on Heidi was bad,fur, teeth, nails you name it Heidi needed help and to look at her now is amazing.She didnt even make it two feet away from the grooming area before she was made a fuss over by patrions in the store.Thank you so much.

I love this store! Employees are always friendly and if I have any questions they always take the time to explain.they used to give treats to my pups when we check out... they dont do that anymore. Also I wish they had a scale for dogs. But all in all this is a wonderful store and the only place I shop at for my fur-friends!

Best Pet Store for service and quality, dont use grooming as I only have cats, however, all services are available. They go way above in customer service and will order large quantities of food for you if you ask. This is the store I shop at primarily. ++++

They need to be open later on saturday/sunday. And stop being so lazy about the dog wash. Ive been there at 745 and they have told me its closed.
