I have been shopping at this CVS since the year 2000. Always good esperiences. Today, I was walking back to the pharmacy as the gate was closing, but the employee stopped the gate to help me. I asked if I could pick up my one prescription. The employee asked the pharmacist and the pharmarcist said no, that Id have to come back tomorrow. This was the 2nd time today I had been in the store to pick my prescription. The first time, around 9:30 this morning, I was told the prescription wasnt ready because they needed my insurance card. After the employee checked, they had all my insurance information already on file. He asked me to come back later to pick up my prescription. As I left the store today at 6:01 pm, I noticed the drive-thru was still open with a customer being helped. This was very frustrating. I will be out of town all day tomorrow, unable to pick up the prescription. I gotta say Im disappointed in your customer service.

horrible horrible experience both as a patient and as a nurse having to call there and deal with them. you can call in a prescription for a pt and actually speak with someone not leave a message and later on youll get a call from your pt saying cvs told them we never called in the prescription. i caught them good one day. i had a coworker call in my rx and speak directly with the pharmacist while i listened to the call. then i went after work- like 6 hours later to pick it up and they told me no one called. little did they know i recorded the phone call earlier- played it for them, then left. been at the walgreens up the street ever since and they are wonderful! fast, efficient, friendly and just a great experience

Awful. I transferred my prescriptions here after my move across town. They gave me two pills instead of nine and then tried to blame my doctor. I explained the flaws in their excuse and then they admitted they didnt know what went wrong. And yet they still insisted that they needed a new prescription written from my doctor for them to go back and get it right. Then, guess what? I called three days later to get a status check on it, and yes, you guessed it--they hadnt called my doctor so I had that much longer to wait on getting the prescrip filled. Changing to another pharmacy stat!

I transferred my prescriptions for my son when I moved here from VA. I put in an order online and received a confirmation at 8:30am to pick the prescriptions up at 5pm. When I arrived around 5:30pm, they had no idea what I was talking about. I showed them my emailed confirmation. They then told me, even though they obviously were in the wrong, that they had a lot of people waiting and could I come back in an hour. I only continued to use CVS as a pharmacy because I had always used them in my former small town, but no longer.

I was pleasantly surprised to find such a caring staff at this store especially Jennifer the pharmacist. I had forgotten my medicine and ran into the store at 8:55 and explained to Jennifer what I needed, she was very polite smiled and said no problem. She refilled my medications without any hassle and was very pleasant. It is such a refreshing experience I will continue to give my business to CVS just because of how she treated me. Thank you CVS for hiring such a wonderful employee.

Im giving this CVS 1 star because I cant give it zero stars. I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and it only continues to go down hill. They call to let you know your prescription is ready, and when you get there, they can never find it. They are too busy, understaffed and disorganized. Dont waste your time. Pick another pharmacy in the neighborhood. There is one on each corner of this and every intersection.

My family has used this CVS pharmacy for many years and have always been treated with kindness and respect. The staff is friendly and professional and the store is clean and well stocked. Even after moving closer to other pharmacies we continue using this one. In fact, we drive by several pharmacies on our way to this CVS location.

Had to switch over from the whole Walgreens/Express Scripts debacle. Horrible. Slow, slow, incompetent staff. So far ive filled my scripts here three times. Every single time is a fiasco. It has yet to take less than 30 minutes. I miss Walgreens.

This CVS pharmacy is just plain horrible. The staff is rude, the wait time is crazy long, and they mess up your prescription and turn around and act like you are to blame......I switched to Walgreens down the street!

Truly the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They cant seem to get it right. Do yourself a favor a go to the one on Cary Parkway or Davis Drive. Both are a significantly farther drive but sooooooo worth it!

I like this store, not sure what the deal is with the bad reviews. Ive always had good service and a friendly smile. Maybe the bad reviewers are just angry because they were sick.

This organization is called CVS PHARMACY. The Pharmacy at CVS PHARMACY isnt open when CVS PHARMACY opens. Anyone else think that is rediculous??

Im switching from CVS to another pharmacy. Theyve given me the wrong Rx and have lost refill scripts. Staff has not been very helpful.
