I have to say I am a loyal customer of CVS. The staffs in the CVS store located at "1724 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd, Chapel Hill, NC 27514" are so nice and so patient. They treat you as one of their best friends. They try their best to help you. So I recommended CVS to all of my friends. However, my today’s experience in this CVS store, which is pretty close to my work place-Duke, is terrible. The staffs there seem like they don’t like their jobs, don’t know how to smile and don’t want to visit the store again forever. My today’s experience changes my positive view towards CVS. Bad experience!!! Will not go to this store forever.

The staff is great. However one male pharmacist is extremely rude. We will no longer be using CVS after 3 bad experiences with the same man. I was a customer. I do not work for another pharmacy. I was with one pharmacy for 9 years which was fantastic. We were switching because the pharmacist we had used for years was switched to another store so we thought we would try CVS since it was close. We are going back to our old pharmacy and will get use to a new pharmacist. It will definitely be better than getting use to a new pharmacist and also dealing with a persons mood swings. (Regarding - CVS Hillsborough Road Durham)

I dont really have a preference to the pharmacy I used, but I have never been treated badly by CVS. I would like to point out that several negative posts on this site are clearly Rite-Aid employees writing fake bad reviews. If you look at several CVS stores in the area, the same poster, "Liz", posted on all of them on the same day, with a similar message that included Rite-Aid both times. Im not saying some of these posts dont have legitimicy, but come on Liz, you clearly work for Rite-Aid based on your posts

I have been using this pharmacy for a year, and it is consistently a disaster. The pharmacy always seem understaffed and stressed and the pharmacys technicians customer service is terrible. The wait times are ridiculously long between drop off and pick up, and on numerous occasions, they have repeatedly called and left automated messages that prescriptions are ready to be picked up and then when I arrive, they have no record of them. I gave them a year, but I will be switching pharmacies ASAP.

The staff up front are always very pleasant. However, the pharmacy needs an overhaul. I get notifications that my prescription is ready for pick up and it isnt ready when I get there. Staff will continuously take new customers at the drive through while you stand at the counter and wait. The male pharmacist is so rude!! When you try to ask a question he just acts like you are bothering him. I am moving my prescriptions elsewhere. I would suggest you try and find another pharmacy as well.

I have been using this pharmacy for 4 years. There was a time when they were short handed and things got pretty bad. But I have noticed latley that they are making a real effort to change things for the positive. Ive noticed more employees behind the counter and the actual pharmacist called me personally to ask some questions. I must say that no one has ever been rude to me there. Im happy with their service.

I have been a customer at this CVS for over 12 years, starting back when it was next to Food Lion. I have been consistently treated well and the service was good. The past month or so has been a disaster.Prescriptions that I was told were ready on Thursday were still pending on Sunday. Under-staffed, a huge turnover in staff - not sure whats going on but if it doesnt change soon, I will be changing pharmacies.

I visited yesterday for the first time and found myself with Nicole, very rude and instead of answering my questions, she went mute and made me go through a very stressful shopping trip. Then, I called this morning to ask if they had a product and Nicole (again!!!!) put me on hold and never came back! .....they need to smile some, and at least pretend they want to help their customers

The picture quality for passports is very poor. My prints turned out blurry and washed out, which was due to initial camera quality (an old point and shoot) and the printer itself. I came in again and thankfully they let me retake them and they turned out slightly clearer. However would recommend Costco or others providing this service

We took in a disposable camera in June. The clerk said they would call when it was ready. Its August now. Every time I call about it, the store says it was developed off site and they have no way to check on it. These fools just lost my camera. Dont offer a service and then throw peoples family photos in the garbage.

This is the worst CVS Pharmacy ever. I have literally NEVER gone there when they had my prescriptions ready when they said they would. They always say theyre sorry but theyre understaffed and blame it on some district manager.

Always a problem at this pharmacy. Prescriptions are not ready and sometimes they cannot find them in their system. Usually a long line of unhappy people at the pharmacy counter. I hope they change things- clearly needed!
