First, Toys "R" Us is at 7 City Place but NOT in The Westchester and not where the pin is currently shown on the map. You would think Toys "R" Us would light a fire under someone at Google to fix it. As for the store itself, its fine however when we asked an employee where to go for merchandise pick-up she sent us to the Customer Service (returns & exchanges) desk where they said the employee should have sent us to merchandise pick-up, in a different part of the store, as there would have been less of a wait. How do you work there and not know where merchandise pick-up is located?

It is a big one, but there isnt enough staff here to answer questions patiently. I bought here 2 gifts, and they seem like made for good laity, and not the garbage you can find in 99 stores. They just need a better staff to help find your way in the store.

I really like it but got mad today when my husband open his Christmas gift that i got him it was a drone when he open the black box was empty I have to go back tomorrow to the store because not like this have never happen really disappointing.

These guys were actually very helpful.. called 2 times during Christmas season and got someone on the phone both times (I know amazing!)... and they answered my questions without putting me back on hold.

AWFUL! The manager Keith is terrible and so is the staff! The district customer service line sucks even more. I am not surprised most of the toy-r-us stores are going out of business.

I have called 42 times in the last 24 hours and no one answers their phones. How do you stay in business?? I was told to call to check on a bike assembly but its impossible

Toys R Us is now on the 3rd floor of the city center mall. Its next to shop rite. This location should either be updated or taken down.

Its so sad how they only have either two or one register open, its like they dont care about customer service, they must not have kids.

Big and clean. It took a while to find stuff and the staff were not terribly helpful.. But they had a great selection.
