I had both good and bad experience here today(11/25/2016).I bought an umbrella stroller which cost me $20.99 initially,but the Price put up on the store was $15.99.So,when I went up to an associate at the store to inquire about the same.He was very kind and helpful,he took me to a guy,supposedly his senior who was extremely Rude,not only did he speak in a rudely manner with his own employee/co-worker but also with me being their customer.He was extremely arrogant and did not intend to help me.Finally,this good guy took me to the counter(customer care) where my problem was addressed.The guy(His name most probably was Santiago)at the customer care was also nice and cordial and took care of the whole thing immediately.But for this one Person and his negative attitude I wont be going back to this store again.Giving Two stars only for both these guys(Santiago and the other person,wish I knew his name).

The store in Danbury CT has a very nice selection of toys. But the best thing about the store is their personnel. IT IS AMAZING! I cannot remember all of the names of the people that i want to praise but I tell you, they make me feel like home. There is a lady in her fifties with blond hair and she is a gem! The guys that unpack boxes are exceptional. They will bend their backs for you! I am so sorry I cannot remember the names!!! There are several young girls, managers and sales rep that are soo helpful! There is a girl that unpack boxes, she looks latino to me, well, she is A+. I love her! The manager, a young lady with reddish hair is very professional and knowledgeable. And Matt is one of my favorite persons. He is professional, courteous, he will do anything possible to help you. I feel so lucky to have such a wonderful store with incredible human beings so close to home.

Chain toy store thats been in Danbury for over 20 years. The inside reflects a bit of an agreed building, but overall clean, save for some sloppy displays or toys thatd not been replaced by parents or staff. Shopping experience is usually quick and easy, staff mostly friendly and helpful.

The store pick up process is slow and negates the time saved buying it online ahead of time. Aisles are often cluttered and the whole store feels a bit outdated. Customer service is hit or miss.

Its a standard Toys R Us.. Never enough staff on so lines are always long. Products are more expensive than other stores, but if you need something fast its about the only choice.
