One of the worst experience i could ever have. This one woman at Customer Service named Diana had a terrible nasty aditude she didnt care about anything else then sipping her coffee and giving people nasty faces and not even bothered to pick up a ringing phone while she wasnt helping me. She didnt think i could hear her mumbling about me to another coworker. She was on her phone the entire time she "helped" me. Which she never did because she nevered bothered to answer my questions. I dont understand why you have people like that working at a toy store. When I started walking around the store a young man named Eddy was extremely nice. He gave me opinions and suggestions on what i should buy my grandkids. When i proceeded to checkout there was no line and the cashier who had no name tag was very helpful as well. She told me they had more options online because i didnt find what i was looking for. (She had glasses). Other than that the store was well kept.

Okay I can stand an employees with attitude but to sell boxes with missing items is other thing. Bought 4 boxes of ProSobee ready to drink Formula and they were all "taped" up. I usually wouldnt go for boxes in this condition but the formula were for my baby and I didnt want to run short on supply. Came home and open them to find them dented (one of them to the point it might "leak") and WORST of all, one was missing a 32oz can. I know the employees were rough with the boxes and some dents I can understand, but this is just bad and the missing 32oz can was just crossing the line! Wont be coming back to this one. And please if you are force to buy boxes that are all taped up, please open them in store after purchase to avoid my mistake.

The fat woman wearing glasses at electronics Dept showed MUCH attitude, poor, poor customer service and didnt bother to show me what I was looking for. Only said-what we have over there is it,I dont know. I had to figure out where "over there" was!! That alone they lost a customer and a sale. Attitude and poor services can Hinder store sales and reputatuon...SO WHY IS SHE EVEN EMPLOYED THERE??!! No knowledge of the item I was looking for either. Another BAD thing management did hiring this prize employee. Never going back to that store!

Worst shopping experience ever!!!!!I get that this is not the best job I can image ....but for God sake people moooooove!!!!! Attitude everywhere around .... hard to find someone who can assist u...when u finally find a person theyr telling u that u should ask at customer service so they can locate your product..... after 45..... min wait at customer service line they check if its in the system ....20 mim....than they tell I that even if it shows in the system they dont have it at the store.....1.5h didnt buy 1 think!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay so yesturday i went to buy a stroller for my baby and there was this lady with blonde hair looked hispanic and told me a price okay so i didnt had enough money and she had an attitude that neither she could handle.. And i had to wait for my brother to bring me the money and payed with a different lady and she gave me a 15% off and fot it cheap if this lady wouldve done the same i wouldve got home early

Noelia is an OUTSTANDING MANAGER !! She quickly resolved the issue I had with another manager Im not sure if her name was Sandra or Cassandra but she was so rude & acted as if she didnt care about the issue I had with the babies first event . But I would definitely call if you reserve any events because it was supposed to start at 11 but Sandra or Cassandra started it at 10 when no one was there !

I have never had the worst service ever. The empolyee side his computer wasnt working and left to use another after waiting 30 mins I found him helping other people... It was like he forgot or didnt even want to help me. I will never shop here again. All I wanted was to get a bike and be out. Didnt happen!

Toys R Us use to have a much better product and the staff use to be more friendly and helpful. On my recent visit, no one could help me find a specific item I was looking for. I finally left the store with nothing. I went elsewhere to buy the item. Prices are expensive.

I was just on the phone with a worker and I asked if they can check if an item was in stock for me. After waiting over 10 minutes, they didnt get back to me but instead they hung up the phone. Terrible service, never go here. Workers arent much better either.

Horrible experience at this store a worker name Emily was extremely rude!! Worse customer service. Go elsewhere with your business. I had to report this staff to their corporate office for the treatment I received from this staff member!!
