On 03/15/2016 at or around 1:25 thru 2:00pm, I noticed a bin with strollers, about 5 pink owl designed and a few red and blue ones. I picked the Pink owl design from the bin advertised for $19.99. The register scanned $29.99, i advised the price advertised and she radio the GM and manager. They said no theres no sign stating $19.99. I ran over there to show them, but it was removed. The GM and manager were standing near the strollers and moving around the bin. I asked, "where is the sign?" they said "what sign"? I explained the situation, they said no only the red and blue are $19.99 the pink owl design is $29.99. I told her, there was a sign advertising all the strollers within the bin for $19.99, they said "i dont know what to tell you, theres no sign, maybe someone changed it" Very rude, and bothered, surprising it was the GM and manager (named Bibi) She walked to the register with me, saw it and said no this is $29.99. I told her, there was a sign, she rudely and so disrespectful, in witness of the cashier Junita, which also said she has problems with that managers attitude, said "there was no sign" i soon realized her and the GM took off the sign to avoid honoring the price, and admitting to the error. It was a $10.00 difference, i told her, check the cameras, i am not lying. She said, "there are no cameras" I was stunned, and disgusted. She was intentionally being rude and disrespecting my intelligence to make me believe i was seeing things. I filmed 2 customers telling the cashier they saw the sign and were also going to purchase one. Once my father walked over to the bin, and took pictures of the surveillance cameras the GM yelled "just give it to her!" and Bibi, walked away annoyed, she was beyond rude, i have never encountered such horrible customer service, and person. she should be investigated, seems her employees are being harassed. They didnt even want to give me the name of the GM or Bibi. I will never return to this location.

Where to start, this has been the worse Customer service experience Ive ever had my whole life! Coming from a person who worked in retail before Ive never seen such of terrible "assistant manager" whose name is Danielle and a employee whos name is Ivan.. well the reason why this was so bad was because the manager complained about me holding a balloon that was floating around the store and many of them were in the ceiling. The manager while in the like said "the red balloon" and I just let it go. Then we proceeded on the line to pay and we payed for some items and then went back to the register to pay for something we had forgotten and we just waited with no problem while there was only one register open and the manager and employees just standing behind doing nothing, so we asked the manager why doesnt she do something about it and she walked away and the guy "Ivan" at the register with a aggressive tone and everyone in the line watching, told me to relax and I said dont tell me to relax we are calmly waiting and he proceeded to say " I can talk to anyone the way I want to" so another customer came in and said you dont talk to customers that way and the employee proceeded to get more aggressive towards the guy and got almost on top of the register and said to the customer "what are you going to do about it" the manager and another employee had to hold him back for this kid who is 19 not to fight with the customer, while that was happening a lot of other waiting customers just walked out of the store. The point is this is not the way a manager is supposed to act and specially a employee. Will report this to corporate

I went to get an item at this location. The item I was looking for was overpriced. I went to customer service after I found a better deal at Barnes & Nobles to ask for a price match. They refused to sell the item at Barnes & Nobles price because they "dont price match Barnes & Nobles." So much for their price match "guarantee." I left and searched at gamestop. They gave me the item I wanted at an even better price. If youre coming here for a product you can only find at a Toys R Us in your area, buy it. Otherwise, youre better off going to another store that sells it since Toys R Us will overcharge you for it. Based on my experience, it looks like the "Price Math Guarantee" they have wont help you. The Gamestop I went to was friendlier than here.

Now that Im a grandparent, I find myself comparing Toys R Us as I remembered it when my own kids were young (anywhere from 15-25 years ago) with now. And the older version was far better. Today, too many toys are based on TV or movies, or are not fostering imagination. But this location stood out because they seemed to have a better selection of toys that dont fall under that description. For example, they have Discovery toys, and several other brands I never find in some of their other locations. Staff was very helpful, and it was laid out much better as well, making the shopping experience much easier.

5x a year I come and every time only one register, must be corporate greed ??? Or crappy management. .. Either way , disgusting! !! Still on line 25 minutes, never will I come here again , and will warn everyone I know The manager picked people out of line for another register and it was not the next people on line ... I will write corporate about this ... never have I been so disrespected by any toys r us in my life

Honestly Ive been here about 2 hrs trying to find help n cash out where are all the workers n cashiers never coming back to this toy r us ever again horrible customer service so frustrated waiting to be help as well as the line behind me some customer drop their item on the floor n walked out unbelievable a company as big as toy r us with no employees

They have everything and then some in one location. A GIANT parking lot and most of the time very helpful staff. Granted everyone has a bad day but for the most part Ive had nothing but good experiences. Can you find it sometimes cheaper online, yes maybe, but you cant be as sure you are getting the genuine article or deal with real people.

Good place to go shopping for your kids, they have a large parking lot, they only really share it with the movie theater, and the party store. Other than that, you should always be able to find parking here, the store is pretty clean, and the lanes are big. So when its not christmas its pretty convenient and easy to shop here.

Its Monday August 8th, 2016, 7:53pm... 1 cashier, 8 customers on line... And this loser of a security guard decides the best way to respond to a customer asking if another register can open is to yell "Ive said it all night! Were short staffed! Why dont you people listen! If you dont like it go to another Toys R Us!!"

Ran in there to pick up some stuff off a wish list. The customer service there was excellent Shasha was working the desk and a other lady was so helpful and attentive. Thanks for making my experience great. And thanks for advising me on picking up the figures keep up the great work!
