Just a suggestion for all businesses: dont answer the phone with a mildly annoyed "hello"; it is unprofessional. Be pleasant; speak with a smile. How about something like "Good afternoon, Toy Chest; how may I help you"?

This is by far my favorite toy store. It has a great selection of toys including webkinz,ugly dolls, Thomas the Tank engine, and tons more. It is a convient place to go if your looking for a present for a child.

The toys are great I would know since im 12 and ive been going there since I was 6 prices are to high just because we are in a crisis dsnt mean you have to raise prices
