This place sucks. If your are going to spend money, take the extra time to go to buy buy baby which has the same selection and has items in stock. The first problem with the store is the staff. The customer service rep Michelle L doesnt know she should complete a transaction with one customer before addressing another; regardless if the other customer invades the counter. Suggestion: a wait here to be called sign- simply yet effective. The people in yellow shirts, I assume they are managers should master the art of listening instead of looking busy. When approached they act like traffic sign officers and dont take the time to listen the issue which beings you to the store which could possible assist them in making improvements in the systems. We are not spending jeffrey dollars; this is hard earned currency which I suggest people spend at any other location other than the Bay Plaza location.

This store allowed my Visa card to be used criminally and charged over $400.00 unaware to me. I live 2000 miles away and I have never visited this store in my life. The management should be more careful when criminals steal products with a fake credit card. My bank had to eat the loss of the following illegal purchases: $326.61, $13.54, $75.02, all scammed on 12-15-2015. Avoid this den of thieves. Was this an inside job? I will never know. I hope all these toys blow up in the face of this criminal who got merchandise illegally and who makes all of us pay higher prices for everything. This is such a rip off! People like these not only make me sick, but they drive the cost of everything up, up, up. How can anyone give toys to a child that have been stolen? A sociopath, thats who, no better than a Bernie Madoff. MAY YOU ROT IN HELL!

If i can give this store no stars i would. Very short on staff, They do try and accommodate everyone but it is way too overwhelming for them. I purchased a 1,300 outdoor play set which i was told would be free shipping and ended up getting charged a $200 freight charge on top of it because of where i live. Secondly, after they rang my order they tell me that they cannot give a number for installation and that i needed to call toys r us directly. I called toys r us and they told me that the info was false. After, 4 different reps 1 finally called the store themselves on got me the number. Lastly, it took me about two weeks to get a hold of them directly on the phone. This store needs some serious work ethic training and new management.

Im finding this store to be the worse to visit each more I go , and it was all starting after Seasonal season , the employees dont seem like they even want to work , they move slow , and there just have a blank look on there faces as if we have all the answers to our own questions . I would suggest the management staff fire SOME (somewhat all) of there current staff , and hire new people, or maybe even reach out to some of their seasonal workers. Another thing is that there is barely anyone at the baby registry . -______-

This Baby R us at Bay Plaza location is a rip off. Just go online or any other store and you will find the exact same brand for 25-40% cheaper. The staff and the manager (Diego - the guy with the pony tail) are rude and clueless about the product information when asked. Many of the items in stock are the ones already returned by dissatisfied customers - so be aware while buying them.Customer Service at this Bay Plaza Location is non-existent. I strongly suggest going some place else to shop for your baby.

Convenient if you must go there. Whenever Im there, not enough staff. They really need to hire more people or replace with more efficient workers. Ive been trying to call for 2 days now about returning a toddler yogurt snack that I opened but are no good and they never pick up the phones. This store needs to be closed down for good. Really says a lot about management.

The worst store!! Went to get a bike that they said they had in stock when I called BEFORE I drove there only to be told it wasnt in stock at all. Service is horrible and they sent me to Bruckner store and said they had 5 bikes and when I got there they had none. Avoid this store at all cost!! The ONLY reason I gave it a star is because you have to in order to post!!

Store is really bad. The service is terrible, more than once someone said to me they are going to check on a product and left or never came back, when u find a manager and tell them then ask about the product they really dont know anything at all. Bad experience, just pay more money and order ur product or go somewhere else its worth it

The prices are higher than the Internet. I seen a toy online for 34.99. The store had it marked for 59.99. I walked around the entire store for assistance , there was none! When I finally found someone and told them I needed help, he only pointed me in the direction that I already looked in. I will never visit this location again.

I went to this ToysRUs today after work, to get barbies for my daughters birthday, and they had such a huge selection! And this one sales associate Robert was very helpful in helping me find, and distinguish one barbie from another! Great customer service in this store, a lot more better than the other times Ive been in there.

The Bay Plaza is the WORST! Just called to get some info I couldnt find on line. The girl I spoke to was so rude and so uniformed! When I asked to speak with someone who did actually know something, she hung up! Totally unprofessional staff that knows nothing and they NEVER answer the phone. TWO THUMBS DOWN!

This location never answers the phone. The staff isnt knowledgeable at all. The lines are always ridiculously long because they are severely understaffed. The store manager needs to address these issues asap. Majority of the reviews say the same thing dating back almost a year ago. No way to run a business,

Employees are rude. Store is dirty and does not have the same selection as other stores. Prices are also MORE EXPENSIVE than any other store. I love the one on Central Ave (Babies R US). It is just a little rather drive for me but so WORTH IT !!
